Tiemeyer Park

Located on Ashby, directly across the street from Hoech Middle School, Tiemeyer has 41 acres of lovely green space for you and your family to enjoy. The park has 2 playgrounds for you children to roam free and if that wasn’t excitement enough, the park also has a, wait for it, LAKE. I know what you are thinking, so what, there is a lake. But this lake isn’t just any lake, it is home to a gazillion ducks and geese! What kid, or adult for that matter, enjoy interacting with waterfowl? My niece had a blast!
Lets say, it is the middle of summer and your AC went out and you need a pool stat. Well, Tiemeyer has you covered. There are 2 swimming pools and also one of those cool water park water slides. Just what one needs to cool off from the lovely Missouri summer.
The park also has pavilions and bbq grills for that family reunion. There is a walking trail, roller hockey rink, soccer pitch, volleyball court, tennis courts, and horseshoe pits in addition to the baseball diamond. Did I mention that the park is pet friendly? Fido would love to frolic with the ducks and geese!
