Mark Naeger not only gets you the most competitive rates out there but his customer service is amazing. He makes himself available to discuss and explain all options with quick email responses when needed. I’m excited to recommend him to my friends when the topic of insurance comes up!
I also loved working with Meaghan Dowd, basically there wasn’t much work involved on my end to get everything changed over from my previous insurance companies to the new ones due to Meaghan’s attention to detail, research and collection of any additional information needed for the transaction. She also made it easy for me to either come by the office or not even have to leave my job to get everything finalized which is a huge plus because it saved me so much time! I look forward to this relationship and feel like I am taken care of and nothing will fall through the cracks, that is hard to say about most of the bigger insurance companies who don’t have your best interest in mind.
