The Caramel House

I honestly can’t and won’t say anything negative about this place, as I walked in I was greeted with the fragrance of hot caramel, and «yes, she does make her own caramel» I watched her do it (the proprietor-​Janet Shulman) the customer service was fast, friendly, courteous, and respectful… The young man that assisted me (Scott) was very helpful, I almost bought the entire case, they let you taste «The Ware’s» before you purchase them, and there are many different varieties, such as: coffee caramel, dark chocolate caramel, caramel & roasted almond, lavender caramel, «dad’s scotch cookie caramel», vanilla caramel just to name a few. I truly suggest that you go and try it out for yourself, and not go by 1 bad review, that person obviously doesn’t know the truest taste of the delicacy of handmade caramel… «The Caramel House», is my new place to go for «handmade varieties of caramel»!!! if Ihad 8 more thumbs, they would all be up!!! My wife & I are fans!
Again, I witnessed Mrs. Shulman making the caramel!!!

It’s unfortunate that this establishment received a bad review, however, our experience at the store location in Olivette/​Creve Couer was very positive! Very friendly! The caramels we had were very delectible and divine! Check this out: flavors of caramel with lavender infused in it, crushed almonds, ‘naked’ turtle caramels, coffee, dark chocolates, pecans, etc. It was a very pleasant experience and won’t disappoint that person with a sweet tooth!
