A lot of changes have taken place with the staff since my last review. I would like to express the customer service is MUCH better in the store !!

I did an online order because it’s quick and when you walk in you just pick up your order and you don’t have to wait in line. Normally I don’t have issues with my order being messed up, but today I was disappointed. I got the chipotle chicken melt guacamole salad. Problem number one: no guacamole. Problem number two: no cheese. Missing 2 items in the name of the salad. Normally this salad is awesome but today the lettuce was also wilted. It just appeared very unappetizing. I love subway but ill probably go to a different location from now on.

I love Subway. I mean I wouldn’t give any Subway a 5 star rating, but in terms of needing a quick healthy lunch where they break down the calories for you, it’s great! This Subway? I give it a 2 star bec its close to my house. Otherwise I wouldn’t go here. This franchise seems to be run so tight that you feel bad asking the people behind the counter for a couple extra leaves of spinach in fear they will charge you for double something. In the beginning the manager was looking over everyone’s shoulders and keeping an eagle eye on everything, It made me uncomfortable for not only myself but the workers. I went in yesterday for a quick ½ sub… 6″ on wheat, double turkey, with spinach and olives no dressing no cheese… to have for lunch later that day. Somehow the total for a 6″ sandwich was close to $ 7… I was thinking it prob could have done a $ 5 footlong had her hold half of everything throw all the meat on one side and throw the other half of the bread out the window for the birds and not only gotten away cheaper… but fed a few birds. I only go here out of pure need for convenience. There are still spaces available for lease in the plaza… I am really wanting a Jimmy Johns closer to me :)

My favorite part of my last visit to this Subway was the roach crawling on the wall behind the counter. When I advocated to the individual behind the counter he just kind of shrugged and said: «Yeah, we just sprayed for them». Needless to say, I will not be going back. On top of the poor service, you’ll likely get some kind of disease due to the lack of cleanliness.

The owner stands behind the counter and makes the employees use skimpy amount of of toppings and i hate that that… And he does it right in front of the customers. It is so disgusting and just makes me sick just thinkin about that lil piece of shit doin that! Fuck that guy

This is a subway location that I stopped by on drill weekend since it was so close to Jefferson Barracks. Their service was pretty quick, especially due to the fact that it was packed with people, mostly soldiers and airmen from drill this weekend. However, the quality of the service could have been a lot better. As before, most Subway locations will not honor a military discount, even though Subway is listed on most military websites as offering the discount. Secondly, this establishment was very piss poor and stingy in their meat and veggie offerings. I felt like I was eating bread for the most part. And another thing, the girl at the register did not give me any paper napkins and the store did not have any receptacles for dispensing napkins. Is Subway hurting that much that they cannot give away napkins? And what was up with the amount? She only gave me two or three napkins. Subway is sliding downhill faster than a messy mudslide.
