As everyone else is saying, I had to walk out due to the owner. I have never been treated so poorly. This man is a complete jerk. I will never return to this location.

The older man who I think is the owner is one of the biggest jerks I have ever met. I felt unwelcome as soon as I got in the restaurant. I used a gift card and he made it seem like a huge deal to click a button on his cash register for the gift card. I cannot believe how rude he was.
Also I have never written a review of any place before but this guy was such an ass that I had too. I hope he goes out of business and no one should ever go there unless you are going in to tell him off.

good food good service always. The owner strives to keep place very clean and fresh food. He knows most of his customers by name and always courteous.

I have been here many times and the service was always really nice and my food was always really good. The owner even have my kids a free cookie last time we were in.

I wish I could give this subway less than 1 star!!! The owner is the reason I will never go back!!! Firehouse subs and jimmy johns all the way! Hope this place goes out of business for such poor service

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The owner is extremely stingy and literally instructs his employees to be grossly frugal with the vegetables. I walked out without buying the sandwich after asking for more banana peppers 3 times and still having less than 10 on there. Hopefully if enough people don’t give this store their business he will have to either stop cheating people or sell it to someone who has a clue about how to run a business. I drive to the subway on Lindbergh by south county mall now. The discrepancy in quality is extraordinary. Again, terrible, terrible Subway.

I made it to this subway one time. I was so taken back by the owner (and he was happy to share that he was the owner) with how rude and impolite he was that I refuse to return to the store.
I just recently spoke to a friend that I learned had purchased a sandwich from the same story. I shared my last visit there and my experience and he said he has had the same rude experience, but went there as it was one of the only healthy options in the area. I was surprised to see things had not changed.
I go to Jimmie Johns across the street, quiznos two blocks away, or travel further to a different subway.
