Store manager(the heavy guy, if he really is the manger) is a jerk, you can obviously tell he use to be a used car sales man. He’s short to answer your questions and doesn’t even give you the correct answer. My guess is he knew someone to get that job because it couldn’t of been based off his skills. I went there several times to get my phone repaired by a guy named Eric, who was helpful, but the last few time I had to deal with the other guy. Don’t waste time going there, just go to a real sprint store! I received the following comment from Barb G. Barb G: You must be a miserable human being do yourself a favor and just kill yourself why are you even on Unilocal to bitch about everybody to make your ugly ass self feel better. Get a life whore. AVOIDAVOIDAVOIDTHISLOCATIONASWELLASTHETELEGRAPHLOCATIONASTHEYAREOWNEDBYTHESAMEGUY!!! This store is like dealing with the Mafia. I went to this location on 4÷20÷15 to purchase 5 new phones. I was told that would not happen tonight because it was too late in the evening to do that. So the next day I went to a different store to purchase new phones because the customer service was lacking. I bought new iphones with lifeproof cases and insurance on 4÷21÷15. 2 months to the day one of my phones got extremely hot and turned itself off while just sitting on the table not being used or being charged. Went to this store today to get it fixed or replaced because it is the repair center and was told it was the battery and that they were on backorder and I’d have to wait 2 – 3 weeks for it to come in. This was after I had been treated like I broke this defective phone. I was not happy with this answer so I called customer care. I was informed that it couldn’t possibly be a battery on an IPhone 6. Customer care told me to take it to Apple. Apple couldn’t give me an appointment until late this week and I shouldn’t have to travel miles to get my insured defective phone fixed. Ridiculous! I did not break this phone and only had it for 2 months. Called customer care again and this time she called the store and talked to Matt about swapping my phone out with a new one. He gave the actual Sprint lady the run around. He said I needed to wait until tomorrow at 1pm so that he could speak to the repair guy that gave me the misinformation before they could swap my phones out. As of now, I still have to wait until tomorrow to get something done but I have requested to go to another repair center. I will continue to report this store for as long as it takes to get these issues resolved. I wouldn’t call it poor customer service I’d say they are lacking of any customer service at all. I called the store myself to talk to the manager and was informed that he was on vacation. How convenient! This too was probably a lie as it seems this store only wants to sell phones and not take care of the problems that come with that.

they were able to solve my issue in less than 5 minutes. glad I chose this place for my second phone.
