I agree with the last review on the music. They also have a decent LP selection if you like old vinyl.

I once pawned a ring and some other miscellaneous jewelry from an ex-boyfriend at this very pawn store. They did not give me a ton for the money, but having it out of my jewelry box was rewarding enough. Otherwise, I would say this place is more or less exactly what you would expect from a pawn store. There is a ton of stuff, a lot of it garbage, but some of it in decent shape and a pretty decent deal. There are piles(literally) of electronics, musical instruments, dvds and cds, jewelry(a lot of gaudy as all get out), random home furnishings and other people’s stuff that they were willing(or had to) get rid of. The array is always changing, so that can be good and means that you never know what you might find. This is a great place to pick up some used dvds and cds, and often they are cheaper than you would get at a genuine used dvd store. I suggest opening up the cases and making sure the dvds are in decent shape though, I have more than once gotten home to discover the disc is scratched beyond repair and I have just spent $ 2 on a dvd I will never see. I realize this is not exactly significant in the spending department, but hey, $ 2 is $ 2. Otherwise, if you need to get rid of some old stuff, need some cash, or just want to peruse a glorified garage sale, this is best of the best when it comes to South County pawn shops… at least in my very VERY humble opinion.
