If you are looking for a place in the Webster/​Kirkwood/​Affton/​SoCo Community where seniors can get together and have custom exercise programs and events tailored around their needs/​interests, THIS is your place.
They have an Adventures in Learning program every friday and for a mere $ 8 or $ 9 you can sign up, arrive at 8am, have a nice breakfast, then partake in three sessions of your choice! They offer sessions of crafts, guest speakers (last week it was Jan Willis from the show Our Gang (aka The Little Rascals and they have had holocaust survivors speak). They also offer a class in Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, and Zumba Gold (geared for low impact, smaller movements).
Everyone that attends is super nice and friendly!
