I’d never tried Barre before coming here with an unlimited month membership. Although the first class can be overwhelming, the instructors and staff are incredibly nice, welcoming, and friendly. Positive feedback is encouraged highly, yet they feel free to correct your form and offer tips & suggestions. The versatility of the class schedule is really convenient (you can use their iPhone app or online reservation system), with freedom to travel to their Ladue location if needed. Heather & Beth were my favorites, along with Brianna and Kristin. I was consistently sore the next day and saw real results. Definitely worth a try!

The classes is really great and the instructors are amazing… they are very friendly and helpful to make sure you are doing the barre work correctly. So many class time options which makes it extra convenient.
