Provider Plus

Not a very friendly staff… Over the phone AND in person. I ordered a breast pump through Provider Plus and it took them several weeks to get my prescription because their «lines» we’re down. I finally called and rectified everything through persistence and pure effort. When I arrived to pick up the pump and approached the front desk, I wasn’t even acknowledged with a simple look up or gesture for several minutes. There were quite a few employees making personal small talk and standing about. As far as I can remember when one is dealing with customers on a regular basis and the economic success of their interaction is very dependent on the employees attitude and accommodation efforts, said employee should be properly trained and geared to serve the needs of the individual investing time And money. Why has this customer service thing become a dead art? Are we not a capitalist country?

I drove to the location for supplies. I had a great experience with very helpful staff. Kristian helped me get what was needed from the warehouse. I had no complaints and nothing but excellent service. Great value.

Nice selection of medical supplies. (They seem to focus on the elderly.) The staff is friendly and helpful!

The worst possible place to get any type of equipment for seniors. Their equipment breaks often even though they claim its new. They do NOT service their equipment, unless you call and overly complain that it’s broken. And even then, that’s a hassle. 1 star is because only 1 of their service guys were nice — the others we’ve met were extremely rude, esp to seniors!

This office for provider plus will not help me in any way because every time I call them they switch me over to another department in which I get put on hold because there is nobody to help or answer my question then I’ll get hung up on an that really ticks me off because I have a bipap machine that is not working right an it keeps me up all night because the alarm on the thing keeps going off so I just take my mask off an leave it off.
