I have come here multiple times and never had issues. I brought a scarf the most recent time that my mother gave me, and it came back with a few holes in it. When I pointed it out politely to the woman she got very defensive and said that they threw my scarf with a bin other things and it wasn’t their fault if it was damaged, and how did I know it was really them? Instead of owning up to the situation, I felt attacked. I’m very disappointed after having come multiple times before and giving them less fragile items– I would have hoped they would have respected me enough to discuss it with me instead of what seemed to be accusing me of lying about never having worn the scarf before (I left it near a box of cookies in my house, hence the reason I brought it in).

I had a very complicated dress alteration done here, and it was done very well. She was able to get it back to me within a week, which was perfect. The price was a little high but totally worth it — the dress fit like a glove and I got a ton of compliments.
They do prefer you pay cash, otherwise it’s a 3% charge for credit cards.

This little business is fantastic. The owner is always there and she is super nice and helpful. Aside from doing great work, including alterations and repairs, she is friendly and remembers all her customers by name. When I go in she always asks about my son and husband, and vice versa if hubs is the one making the stop. If you want cheap– go down the street to American Cleaners on Hampton, but if you want worry-​free high quality work please do send your business this way.

I usually only stop here to have alterations done. Gin does great work and if you need it fast, she’s usually accommodating. Of course they do laundry and dry cleaning too, unfortunately I usually drop mine off somewhere else just for convenience, but I have used her before and they do good work.

Great customer service! The lady behind the counter was super friendly and talkative, both when I dropped off and when I picked up.
Fast turnaround, convenient location and hours. They charged $ 33.50 for two cocktail dresses and a 2 piece men’s suit. I don’t have to have things dry cleaned too often, but this didn’t seem like that bad of a price, especially considering one of the dresses was satiny type fabric.
They also do alternations, which I’m interested to check out sometime.
And yes, they don’t take debit or credit cards so make sure you bring cash or your checkbook!

The customer service is superb! I love the ladies who work here. Hours and location are convenient. However they only accept cash or checks.
