Got the large, double chicken double bacon barbeque… cut to squares… bit into chicken with bone. If this had been a child, and swallowed… very dangerous. Called the store and was told that their chicken doesn’t have bones. Will save the bone and the slice that it came from. could prove. Called the customer service… no response. Be careful if you order chicken pizza… there is no guarantee you won’t find bones! I just want to make sure that the higher ups understand the problem rather than sweep it under rug.

I used the website to place an order ahead of time. That gave them a couple of hours to get a head start. Delivery time came and passed. 45 minutes after delivery time I called. I spoke to an unapologetic gentleman who said my order had JUST left the store. 45 minutes after that my pizza arrived. The pizza was okay. An hour and a half wait for pizza is not acceptable if the order was placed far ahead of time.

An hour and a half for pizza is pretty long. But I can forgive that. The rudest delivery driver in the world apparently knocked on the door when I was in the next room and I don’t hear it. My bad. Then he called and was really rude about it. I apologized and came out to meet him. He couldn’t be bothered to get out of his car. He handed me my food through the window and then peeled out. Thanks for the service!

Never again! Ordered a 5 topping special with Peron, sausage, chicken, mushrooms and pineapple. Topping were haphazardly thrown on the crust, almost no cheese. The Poznan was tasteless and the crust under cooked and raw dough in places. Totally inedible. Brownie ordered arrived burnt.

Horrible customer service!!! I had a pizza order with breadsticks and had a conformation email sent with arrival time. It was supposed to be delivered between 30 – 40 mins. That didn’t happen. I called them the first time and their excuse was they were experiencing a high volume for a 45 – 1 hour wait.(Which they should of just sent that time frame to my email to begin with) Well a 1 and 20 mins go by and I still didn’t receive my food. So I called them back once again. While the delivery guy was calling at the same time. I politely asked Asylin if she could hold just to make sure it was the driver and she hung up me. Another hungry co-worker calls back and Asylin couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and with out warning transferred my co-worker to her supervisor Sabrina. Then instead of offering us our food for free while waiting so long(at work on a limited break time), she was trying to get us to pay for this meal and get our next one for free. I will not be ordering from this place again! Our food was cold, and the delivery guy didn’t even get out of his car to hand us our food. I do not recommend to ever order from this location. This was my first and last experience.

I hate this Papa Johns. Since the first time I ordered from them almost 2 years ago, I’ve been in charge of the weekly group lunch for my work and they all want Papa Johns. Unfortunately, it has to come from this Papa Johns because we are on their delivery route. I don’t even know where to start with how awful of a business this is and how much I want to stop giving them our money. I’ve been running the group lunch for a year now. I literally put in the same order every week, ask for it to get to us at the same time, and on the same day. They have been on time maybe twice. They are 20 or more minutes late EVERYTIME even though I call ahead the day before to tell them my order. If I were you, I would expect them to be late, even if you give them a full day’s notice, so give them a delivery time earlier than expected. Also, often it takes me 15 minutes to put in an order because they can’t remember me, or the guy on the phone is confused and has to ask someone questions(the same questions every week, mind you). Rarely, I get someone who actually knows what they’re doing and I can get done with the call in 5 minutes. Rarely. Last night I had pizza from another Papa Johns and let me tell you, it blew this Papa Johns out of the water. I can’t understand how something that should have the same recipe can taste so different between two locations(we ordered from one near Webster Groves). Just another example of how awful this Papa Johns is. Not to mention the headache they caused me last week. I called in the day before, put my regular order at my regular time for the regular day. Then the day they were supposed to be delivering my pizza, they are running 15 minutes late(no surprise there) so I do my ritualistic phone call to see if they are on their way(sometimes they dont actually leave the store until 20 minutes after the pizza SHOULDHAVEBEENHERE). When I call, they tell me the order was put in for another day! The earliest they could get pizza to me would be in another hour and a half, which is a half hour after the meeting I needed pizza for in the first place ends. I basically get a «sorry, nothing we can do» and that’s it. Great customer service, Papa Johns(sarcasm). I ended up wasting an hour of my work day driving to Little Caesars and getting pizza that tastes about the same for half the price. Smh! The only good thing I can(kind of) say about this place is that their drivers are always nice. But about a quarter of the time they forget the plates and napkins that I ask for. And 99.9% of the time they are late. So if you don’t want anything on time along with average tasting, overpriced, and sometimes nonexistent pizza, order from this Papa Johns. If you want to support a business that’s actually run decently, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ordered from here twice. They’re okay, but not A-OK, and I have definitely experienced better from other Papa John’s locations. They got my orders right both times, but the second time the pizza tasted kind of bland. The wings were fine. Delivery drivers were polite both times. First time, my pizza took a little over 30 minutes to get to my door, which was fine; second time, it took 55 minutes, which was less okay. Could’ve been worse though. [09/28/14]: Ordered a third time, and the delivery driver was very friendly/polite, as usual. They have some nice drivers for this Papa John’s location! The pizza was prettty good too, so I will bump my rating up a star(to 3) since 2 good pizza experiences out of 3 + cool drivers makes it all okay, I think.
