I was able to scan the qr code for a headlight bulb without any assistance and headed for the counter. "Santa", the employee who sensed my frustration rung up my item and offered to help me replace the headlight bulb on my car. He was very knowledge about the situation at hand and was very nice and kind. This was not my first visit to this store and it definitely will not be my last! The other auto stores don't come close to the way that these guys handle female shoppers. Thanks guys!

I’ve been here at least 3 times in the past 6 months and have never had bad service! These guys are always so helpful and give the best customer service ever! Damir is especially helpful! If you need a quick auto repair fix, stop by here!

Aaron was helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous when handling a dead battery situation for me. He tested the battery, and when I returned was swift in handling the return for the warranteed battery. Given the variety of different car issues and different employees with whom I’ve interacted, I’ve had both good and ‘room for improvement’ experiences here in the past. But, this one was very pleasant. Thanks, Aaron. I’ll keep coming back.

Had I not had a discount coupon I wouldn’t have gone to this place. I don’t know if they’re racist, sexist or just stupid but I do know I was actively ignored during the 10 – 15 minutes that I spent looking for a battery charger for my car while others were enthusiastically assisted. First and last time here.

I know next to nothing about car parts. The prospect of me «working on» a car is laughable. But! That doesn’t mean I can’t or won’t shop at an auto parts store.
I came here to get a headlight bulb. I walked in with the broken bulb, handed it to someone who worked there and said, «Do you have this?». They did, and he walked me to the shelf and gave me the new part. He didn’t give me any grief for being so obviously ignorant and patiently answered all of my questions. So for that, they get four stars!
