With the exception of one mediocre visit, this location has the best customer service! I lost a work receipt and they offered to reprint 2 weeks later. I’ve only been going to this location over the past 6 mos, so it’s possible they have improved since 2012.

Love ‘em or hate ‘em, I don’t see many other options. This is the best OfficeMax in the area in my opinion, and trust me, I’ve been to them all. A lot. Was trying to find the hours online this morning, and their website said that their hours vary, so if coming early in the day or late in the day to call. That was probably the most hilarious thing I’ve ever read. Ummmmmm… the whole reason I’m looking at hours online is to find out what time they open, dipshits. LOL. Oh well. Good to know they ARE open in the middle of the day. Phew. I was wondering. Oh! And if you order 150 dollars of crap online you get free TWIZZLERS!!! Ummmm worst online promotion EVER. The OfficeMax on Watson Road in Crestwood has a superior print shop to this one, but I like the staff better here.

I had some of the worst customer service of my life involving this store and a desk that was on sale. I purchased the desk, but that specific store was out of stock and ordered it for me to be delivered to my house. The employee took down a wrong phone number for my order and forgot to use my Max Perks rewards card. He told me to go online to request my points.(I tried, unsuccessfully, three times.) Long story short, after two weeks of waiting and multiple calls to customer service(first call had terrible customer service, the others were better), the order was canceled because this was an «in-store item only and never should have been offered for delivery.» Where is the communication between their online system and in-store employees? Glad I waited two weeks in disorganized chaos waiting for my desk to arrive(with no communication from the company), and my classes had started to boot. Also, every time I’m in there and need help I have to hunt down an employee to ask for assistance. I will likely find another location or another office supply company.
