Mk’s Rolls and wraps

Okay I’ll be honest. I work on a food truck and was at an event with 6 trucks. I was looking for something to eat and decided MK had the best options (everything was simple or plain American food). I saw there was Pad Thai and I kniw that’s an amazing dish.
It was. 5 stars all the way. So glad I checked it out. I will definitely have that dish as my number one when his truck is around. Excellent flavors.
Pro-​tip. Add the condiments he gives you. I don’t know what they are but they are great together.
Lastly, the sushi is really good too. I’d give a 6^th star if I could. Very friendly too

I really want to like this truck. Seems like a bit of an underdog truck, but I’ve now been disappointed twice. I’ve gotten the pad Thai twice (shame on me, I guess) but it’s one of their only vegetarian options. The first time I got it, i think they must have forgotten to put the pad Thai sauce on the dish because it was just noodles and sprouts and with egg and cilantro. Not appetizing. The most recent order I received, they got the pad Thai sauce on there, but the food was cold. I was the only person in line to order and my food came to me super quick which was nice, but I was very disappointed that it was cold. The noodles and egg were maybe slightly warmer than room temp. The tofu clearly came from the fridge. There is no way it was «made to order» and tossed in a hot pan before it was given to me. I won’t eat at this truck again.
