If I could give zero stars I would. I called for a cab in the afternoon and they told me it was busy so it would be 20 minutes. Fine. After half an hour no one had arrived and when I called back dispatch said they couldn’t get anyone and to call someone else. Are you kidding me? I asked why he didn’t just call me back instead of leaving me hanging in the cold. He said he thought maybe he could get someone. So I got an Über. There in 7 minutes. And cab companies wonder why everyone prefers Über.
