The worst McDonald’s iv ever been to, poor service, the drive thru took 17 mins from the time I ordered till the lady gave me my food, it’s one thing if they were packed but there was only 1 car in front of us. I got home and the food was old like they had some pre made food waiting for the right time to get rid of it. Will never go back to this restaurant. I talked to a manager on the duty and she said the owners are a joke, and that they won’t properly staff the restaurant so she just doesn’t care about the food or service going out. She went on to say if I wanted to complain to call the GM or ownership…

Not much to say about this, as it’s a McDonalds, and I don’t need to describe the food. However, this place has seldom to never gotten my order correct, and when you call the staff upon their error, they get an attitude, like it’s your fault that they didn’t get your order right. The staff overall has an unfriendly demeanor, gets snippy, and never says thank you. The fries are cold every time I get them, and the food usually isn’t much warmer. On top of that, the service is painfully slow, and on a Sunday morning, customers can expect to wait at least 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru with a simple order. Worst McDonald’s ever.

If you want to experience McDonald’s in the worst way possible, you’ll want to go to this one ! This place is horrible! A friend and I went in at 6:30pm on 10−7−13 to get a quick meal, and all I got was disaster! Going into this restaurant, you’ll see that trash is laying around the place and that the condiment bar is destroyed! They don’t have ranch or BBQ packets – if you need any of those… Not do they have any large drink lids. The service may be faster than most, but you get a sloppily prepared burger and the fries will be toothpick-snappable. I couldn’t even stomach the fries, not would I attempt to dive into the burger. When I went up to ask about the fries, the manager at the register stated that he wasn’t trained on dropping fries, and, because the timer on the fryer was broken, he was just eyeballing the fries and guessing when they were done. This is a restaurant that I’ll never visit again, and I would strongly recommend that no one visit this location until management decides to take pride in their work and make this place up to(at minimum) a bearable par. What’s more, I was offered a free meal voucher for all the trouble 26 days ago(it’s now November 3rd, 2013) and I’ve yet to receive anything in the mail or get a return/follow up phone call from the owner.
