At least 50% of the time, they get the order wrong. And I’m not making substitutions, or changing ingredients. They just don’t seem to care. (update: just ordered a SEC biscuit; got bacon and cheese on a biscuit. That’s not even a thing! And it’s not like I can catch that by looking in my bag. I lowered my rating from 2 to 1).

If you want to waste 10 min waiting for someone to take your order in the drive through then this is the place for you! Then I was asked my order and sat there for another two min waiting for a response… I work at a day care with 2 year olds so I really love getting off of work and still having to repeat myself 5 times. Ended up driving to the Bayless location where the food is hot and the employees actually do their job. Way to Mackenzie point.

The food is cold and old if you drop by for a late night run, I advise you to go a little further to the next local eatery. My husband and I’s first time here we literally spent a half hour in the drive thru, we should’ve left but had already ordered and didn’t feel like going anywhere else. On top of this I think I got food poisoning from a McFlurry I had from here last night, I’ve been sick all day! We will not be back, avoid this McD at all costs!!!

The first word of my first Unilocal review is «SHITTY». Shitty, even for McDonald’s. A man walks into an empty restaurant, orders two items and both of them are wrong. I tried the new bacon deluxe vomit burger, but somehow they forgot to add the bacon. And that was the only thing they were working on. No one cares there. Zero effort. No surprise there.

I gave 3 stars just for speed of service. The food is always cold, 5 out of 6 times it’s a guarantee. Not much to choose from near my work, if there was I would for sure stop going here.
