Never thought about killing myself until I stepped into this McDonalds. Can’t imagine anything worse than that McDonald’s besides cancer. Come to think of it… Id rather have cancer.

This McDonald’s is legendary for rude employees and terrible service. Had to learn this the hard way. Will never go back. I asked for catsup and they told me to go use the dispenser in the restaurant rather than be given packets at the counter. (See below. Management has apparently instructed the employees to hoard the to-go packets of condiments to save money. They actually charge you for extra condiments.) I went over to the catsup dispenser. The crusty nozzle was covered in fruit flies. I returned to the counter and told them I’d prefer packets, and why. The employee laughed in my face like a wicked witch. This was comedy to her. She then reluctantly gave me some packets of catsup — after checking with her supervisor to make sure it was okay to relinquish some of the precious catsup packets. No move was made to clean the area. As has been noted below, management doesn’t care about the customers. At all. And the employees hate their job, and they hate you for making them do it.

Went through a busy drive thru and told the cashier through the speaker 4 times to add a apple pie to the order. When we made it to the pay window we were told that it wasn’t rung up and that we would have to Go back around and reorder it. They could have just given it to us or rung it up then. Unbelievable that these employees are insisting on a 15 dollar an hour raise for such incompetence.

Got to be the worst McDonald’s. I’ve been harassed for free food from bums while I’m ordering with the cashier… cashiers tolerate this behavior. Other times, I’m waiting in line extra long while the cashier is hitting on customers. Drive thru has messed up my order. Food quality is worse than other locations. I only go on rare occasions because of the location… it’s on my way to work. Each time I hope it will improve but I’m always disappointed.

What kind of ridiculous business model are the running here? All I want is a McFlurry with both M&Ms and Oreo, to which I verbally assured the employees that I was willing to pay more for. Nope. Apparently the«do not do that at this location». What? Have their customers spend more money to get what they want? I’ve done this 2 dozen times at other McDonalds locations. It is a waste of my time. Please Mr. Manager, explain to me what is so impossible about my request? If you can’t help me perhaps cooperate might have an answer for me.

It’s a McDonalds. In St. Louis. On Lindell. Nearby SLU campus. You were expecting??? I’ve never had a terrible experience, per se, it’s just fairly slow service for a fast food restaurant with average-to-sub par food. I go here semi-frequently for my morning McMuffin and black coffee, and, outside of being sloppily crafted, nothing’s been screwed up yet. How would I describe the food’s quality? Well, I hate myself and feel gross when I finish, but that’s basically the same as eating McDonalds generally. Basically, if you go expecting very little outside of average McDonalds food with poor service you won’t be too disappointed.

I can see why this location has such a low rating. While my experience was less than surprising, I’m still annoyed enough to write it down. All I wanted was an iced coffee, black. And instead I get a white coffee(???). Look at my picture. It’s almost as white as the car I was spilling it on(that’s not my car… oops?), because they couldn’t even put the lid on correctly. I was asked what flavor I wanted and I said«no flavor,» they never asked about cream and sugar but I still got a big cup of watery half-and-half. There is literally no coffee in here. I can’t believe I spent actual money on this.

My order was incorrect for one. the staff is unfriendly. I asked for a sauce at the window. They said it was 35 cents. No problem I said I would like two and handed them a $ 10 bill. He said I would have to pull back around the drive through or come inside the building unless I have exact change. Did I need exact change to purchase my food? No, to me it seems like laziness and bad customer service. This is probably the 5th or 6th time I’ve had bad service at this location. When I asked the manager after I left. She was equally as rude. Just because it is a McDonald’s doesn’t mean you should treat your guest like that.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years and I’ve received bad service for years. For the last two weeks I went there about 4 times after 10 pm and each time their smoothie machine is down. I imagine they’re cleaning it early so they can leave as soon as they close. I order steak burritos in the morning’s and they constantly give me sausage burritos. I can’t count the number of times they got my order wrong. I’m done with this McDonald’s. Don’t stress yourself by going.

Don’t judge me, it was a long day and McDonald’s is my go-to for fast food. I know it’s not good for me but I was running errands with a friend, everything else was closed, and we needed something at that very point in time. The drive through took forever and the lady was kind of rude through the speaker thing-a-ma-jig. I have no expectations for McDonald’s. It didn’t even bother me. All of the food was in our order but one of my cheeseburgers wasn’t plain. RIP that one cheeseburger. I still ate it but I loathed every bite of «pickle and onion» that was on it. Any other burger, yes please. But I hate the taste of McD’s pickles and onions. Anyways, McDonalds fries and cheeseburgers are my guilty pleasure. they replace the cocaine addiction I’ve never had. Seriously, I rarely eat them but when I do I inhale them. Thanks for the quick and dirty, McDonald’s.

This is the worst McDonalds in the United States. Consistently bad service — in fact, the staff might try to make you have a bad day. Not sure if I’m being punked when I go here.

When it says it closes at 10 that means it actually closes at 9:30. Staff is generally unpleasant and rude. Also expect a much longer wait than anywhere except rally’s when walking in. I won’t be going back.

Who stops serving breakfast at 10:30? I will not be back until this oppressive policy is changed. I want my egg mcmuffin for lunch or maybe even dinner. I demand satisfaction.

This is, without question, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. There is no management at all at this location. I live down the street from this place and I go here A LOT for breakfast. I love the egg mcmuffin and now the egg white delight. Unfortunately, this location is my only McDonald’s choice as no other location is close or convenient. McDonald’s competitors don’t have a hot bfast sandwich comparable in calories or fat. On weekday mornings the drive normally functions reasonably well. Getting the actual food you ordered is another matter. I just make it a habit at the pickup window to tell them what I ordered(they never ask) in hopes of getting it correct. I’ve stopped ordering the oatmeal because they over fill it with hot water and you just get soup. The last time I went inside to see the manager and explain the problem and that it had happened 3 times in a row. She had no interest in fixing the problem — she just made me another being careful to do it correctly. Never go through the drive up at this location on weekends. I just got back. At 4 in the afternoon with just 2 cars ahead of me to order, I was in line 20 minutes. From the time stamp on my receipt of my order time until the time I actually picked up my double cheeseburger was 12 mins. And they weren’t busy. There is simply no management. On a Sunday last year, from the time I paid until the time I got to the pickup window(only 2 cars ahead of me) nearly 20 mins had passed. When I got to the pickup window they told me they were no longer serving breakfast!!! I tried complaining to the manager but she told me it wasn’t her fault because no one there listened to her. I’ve complained to corporate McDonald’s but they seem completely uninterested in providing a positive customer experience at an inner city location. It’s really sad that such an iconic brand that was once legendary for service has willingly become so terrible.

I only go to this McDonald’s when I am really hungry and this is the only place open. The reason being is that the employees don’t understand how to talk on a head set and the food is always bad. Today was not surprising. I went through the drive-thru and got a breakfast sandwich and pumpkin latte. The coffee that was used for the latte was burnt and nasty. I couldn’t even drink what I ordered. I also didn’t understand what the person was saying over the head set. Bottom line, don’t go here unless you really need to.

The drive-thru at this location is ALWAYS busy and service can be a bit slow, but sometimes I crave certain things from this place, so I endure the long wait times. I recently tried the egg white delight without the canadian bacon and it was fabulous. The white cheddar was an amazing touch. Today I tried the blueberry pomegranate smoothie which was good, but the my favorite smoothie from here is still the pineapple mango smoothie. If you haven’t tried it, this is a must!

Unilocalers, it’s okay if you judge me for writing this review. I judge me for writing this review. Unilocal Addiction: 1. Self Respect: 0. You know the expression«All dressed up with nowhere to go»? Well I’m all Unilocaled up with nothing to review. I do have something to say about this McDonald’s, though, and McDonald’s in St. Louis in general. We all know what we are going to get when we go to McDonald’s. If you eat there as often as I do, you learn which ones are more likely to F up your order. It’s a numbers game. If you eat there often enough, they will fuck up your order. They just want to move food through the window and actually train their employees to put whatever is up into the bag, even if it is the wrong thing. They know that most people don’t check the bags, and that you’ll be to the point of no return once you realize you got the wrong thing. When you’re eating a cheeseburger that cost you a dollar, you learn to live with things like that. I laugh when I see this McDonald’s, or any McDonald’s with a double drive-thru. They certainly are smarter than their customers. People, do you realize this is a total farce? This is a total brain fuck and does NOT make service any faster. In fact, it INCREASESTHELIKELIHOODTHATYOURORDERWILLBEFUCKEDUP. First, even if they were taking orders twice as fast, they are only taking credit cards and delivering food to one person at a time, so what is the benefit of taking orders twice as fast? Secondly, they aren’t taking orders twice as fast. They have one person taking orders, just like at a single screen McDonald’s, and they just alternate between the two order screens. If you think this is a fast McDonald’s because they have two order screens, you’ve been duped. My major pet peeve about McDonald’s in St. Louis is the«customer service». You’re lucky if someone says«Welcome to McDonalds». Have you ever been to a McDonald’s here and they say«Welcome to McDonald’s», and then you wait. And wait. And wait. And then like 5 minutes later an exasperated voice says, «WAITINGONYOU», or «WHATDOYOUWANT???» What happened to, «How are you?» or «What can I get for you?» Half the time they don’t even welcome you. They just say hey, and then silence. Anyway, I’m not complaining. It’s cheap, quick, and easy. But it makes me laugh. The Double Drive Thru farce and the horrid customer service where someone barks«What do you want?!» at you. Only have I encountered this in St. Louis!!! Supersize me, bitches.
