Please do not rent from this company. WIth the lack of communication at this place you are bound for a headache. I was swindled into an apartment in which has previous water ceiling damage. Now I have to come home daily with a gaping hole. The request for the issue was placed last week in which I did not get a response. Now almost a week later I am still dealing with the issue. You would think with the possibility of exposing tenants to mold and poor air quality the property would be a cause to be more responsive and concerned. However they are not. PLEASE DO NOT HERE!
