Worst location. Slow service and they never get the order right. My husband ordered two low carb burgers. Both came out different and neither were what he ordered. I ordered the new California chicken sandwich because I love avocado and it came out without any! My husband got a water which they charged us $ 2! I could go on and on. I think next time we are craving Hardee’s we will head up to Dorsett.

Why is ALL the food greasy and overpriced? The service is sooooooooo slow, plan ahead for that.

They put way too much salt on the fries, but other than that I loved everything else including how they cleaned inside. Am very happy with the location.

My go to for fast food crave by my home(Hardee’s is also St Louis based) However, I am not sure about the«self order» station in my pic. The inside is large/spread out & clean for a fast food. There are no kid play areas so normally quiet(positive & negative). They have free WiFi & a «business center» that is 6 seats surrounding outlets. Being in between industrial parks & West Port… I never try to eat during lunch time. I mostly wrote the review because of the«self order» station. With a credit card swipe, a few seconds of navigation & then grabbing my cup… I found myself in no where land wondering how I would get my food. The counter person came out & asked my order. After awhile she came back out to give me the food… Since Hardee’s wants to deliver the food you me, I am not sure if I trust the new system because of not giving me the number cards for my table. Plus no use of coupons… I going back to using the counter. Plus– this is a Red Burrito so «Where is the salsa bar?»

I’m not going to lie, I eat here once a week and if my personal trainer sees this now, I might be in trouble… regardless, I loveeeee their chocolate shakes as well as their frisco melt sandwiches! Those two foods in itself adds up to over 950 calories but thank goodness I actually enjoy running now so I can indulge as well as getting my fitness on!

I’ve only gone through the drive-thru about three times and have not been disappointed. It’s hard to find a place that has chocolate malts on the go. The extra-thick burgers are tasty and fries are crisp. Plus, it has Red Burrito menu which I haven’t tried.

I once saw a bunch of shrubbery on fire near this Hardees. It demanded I «Eat at Hardees.»

One time I was in line at the drive thru for this particular Hardee’s and a moron in an old white Mustang thought I wasn’t close enough to the car in front of me so he drove around me. I was all WTF and he got out of his car to come to my window to confront me. I rolled down the window and told him to get back in his quaint little car and would he mind stepping away from me because his breath stank. This will always be one of those«if only I had» moments for me. I like this Hardee’s, the food is good.

If Wesley Willis were still alive and happened to be asking me where to dine in St. Louis, I would respond with an enthusiastic, «Rock and Roll Hardees!» The atmosphere at the Rock and Roll Hardees is straight from the 50s, complete with a mini-jukebox at select tables. The type of food served is the same ungodly large hamburgers(sometimes refered to as «Thickburgers») and fries you’ll find at any of your participating Hardees restaurants. If you want an outstanding hamburger, you may want to go up the road to one of the many good places in the Westport complex. If you want a good hamburger in a nice setting, then go get your kicks and live the nostalgia at the Rock & Roll Hardees
