You guys freaken suck you guys have the worst service known to mankind if I could I would take away stars not only did they take forever to bored us but you made everyone late to where they need to be!!!

This is my first and last time on a greyhound! The customer service is piss poor and the buss smells like a Johnny on the Spot.
Very bad Experience.

I want to rated 0 star for the bus #7270 from St. louis to chicago (departed 7:10 pm, thursday). The bus driver is rude speech and his bus was delay more than 40 minutes. This bus was suck (no power outlet, no wifi, light is not on after we was boarding). This isn’t deservered to my money at all. I do know that Greyhound service is good. But your company need to get away from those drivers like this and improve your bus service…

Worst experience ever!!! There for 2 hours trying to pick up someone. The staff was clueless and RUDE as can be. The bus was 2 hours late, and they couldn’t even tell you why. The African American security woman was fat, rude, disrespectful and threatened people who didn’t do what she wanted. AVOID THIS PLACE WITH A PASSION!!!

I landed at this greyhound station for some layover. It was designed differently than other stations, but in a good way. The lines had ropes to separate them and each gate had a easily defined waiting area of separation. At Most other stations the lines are flush against each other that I have to ask people «are you in gate 3 or 4?». This station was warm inside and I liked that it helped me recover from the insanely cold air conditioning on board the bus. This station had better food options with a KFC express and Pizza Hut express. Overall, this greyhound station was my favorite so far after stopping at 2 others. This may change because I have a couple more stops until I reach Lexington, KY

Pretty good as far as Greyhound terminals are concerned. Places to eat, employees were pretty friendly, clean (er) than most of the stations I’ve been to, and the driver was seriously friendly. Out of my trip (four different terminals), this was by far the better one.

Based out of Chicago, «Greyhound Express» is Greyhounds newest service and it’s Greyhounds answer to the Megabus. Like Megabus, it can be the cheapest way to get from St. Louis to Chicago. All tickets have to be purchased on-​line and they have a limited departure schedule, but for $ 1-​$ 26 average one way ticket direct from St. Louis Metro Transit Center (Amtrak Station) to Chicago Union Station, you can’t really beat it. They make one stop in Champaign and that’s it. also travel from St. Louis to Normal — IL, Kansas City — MO, and Columbia — MO.

Currently, Express buses are all new.
Price. If tickets are bought early enough they can be as low as $ 1.
Unlike Megabus, there is a ticket agent to talk to, there is a gate number to go to, and you actually get a boarding pass number.
You DON’T have to show up an hour early like you do with other Greyhound bus routes.
They offer electrical outlets and free Wifi that actually works for most of the trip. It cuts otr for about an hour between Champaign and Chicago.
Long term parking is offered in St. Louis less than a block away for $ 6.
From St. Louis to Champaign there are usually spare seats and extra space to spread out.
If you’ve got a big bag, the baggage person will store it under the bus for you.
You can stop by the ticket counter for a printed baggage tag.
While the bus station is filled with rough looking characters, The Express Service tends to be students and a more sophisticated passenger base.

The Express Service is based out of Chicago and only travels to and from Chicago. Only Chicago and Champaign destinations are offered from St. Louis:
Like with any public transportation, your experience can be good or bad based on who sits with you.
The bus station is usually filled with a lot of hardcore characters, so keep you bags close.
The seats are regular charter bus seats — economy-​class size. Not particularly roomy or comfortable.
Greyhound Express is great for cheap, efficient travel. The trip takes about 6 hours because of the brief stop in Champaign. I would use it again.
