EB Games

Sometimes, with specialty stores such as this, the people behind the counter can adopt a haughty attitude toward those who aren’t familiar with the subject matter. This has happened to me at cigar shops (ahem, tobacconists), wine shoppes, coffee purveyors and the like. Not so, here.
I was a gamer in a former life, but college and law school slew that Old Joe. So looking for a b-​day present for my brother, I wandered into this EB (or in my day, Electronics Boutique) despite out of the game ha ha for the better part of a decade. I’m happy to report that the gents behind this counter were helpful, knowledgeable, helped me find the games I was looking for, and filled me in a little bit on the amazing moments in gaming I had missed out on over the past few years.
