Domino’s Pizza

Worst experience ever. I normally do carry out from the Kirkwood location. But, this past Thursday (Oct 29^th) we decided to do delivery and went with this location. I submitted my order online and the estimated time said 21 – 27 minutes. 45 minutes later and still no pizza, I called this location and asked to speak to the supervisor. He explained that the driver was all ready out w/​3 other deliveries and mine being the last one that he should be at my house soon. I explained to him that if he’s not at my house in 10 minutes that I would be calling back. So an hour after I had submitted my order the driver never came. I called a 2^nd time and spoke to the same manager from earlier to advise me that my order was delivered to the wrong address. Never once the 2 times I had spoken with this guy did he once apologized or offered anything for crappy service. I ended up asking for a refund and having to go elsewhere at 8pm to feed my family. I’ve had issues with the way my pizzas were made in the past and it is why I never do carry out from this store. But, I will certainly never again do business at this location again. I will just continue take my business to the Kirkwood location where I’ve yet to be disappointed.

I’ve been using this Dominos for the past two years (probably about once a month), and they do a great job. Specifically the delivery drivers. The guys at this location are the friendliest and nicest guys I’ve ever seen doing delivery.
I think in two years I’ve only had one problem with an order and they offered to resend the order or give us a credit to our phone number.
We’re moving to south county at the end of October so I will no longer be using this location, but hopefully the one closest to my new place will live up to these guys.

This Dominos pizza store has usually delivered warm, if not hot, pizza. Tonight, I stopped in to pick up our order, and got someone to take my money… then waited 15 minutes while my order sat on the shelf getting cold. Nobody asked if I needed help, in the 30 seconds they weren’t on the phone or helping somebody who wandered in. The order status display spends more time showing ads than order status, so it took a few minutes to figure out mine wasn’t showing at all.
Finally, somebody who looked like a delivery guy asked me if I needed help, and found my order. The result? Cold food, poor service. I’m not going back to this store if I’m given a choice.

This Dominos does a great job of getting the pizza out, hot and exactly to order. The new sauce is really good and there are always deals on their website. Particularly like the Pizza Tracker, which has been made unnecessarily fun with the addition of «themes». Great place.
