Let’s start with the positives: emergency appointments available for new patients; personal doctors who sit down and talk with you rather than walk in and right you a scrip; a knowledgeable staff who isn’t afraid to «DDX» with other doctors; a team of doctors who will call you just to follow up.
You can’t outweigh these things. The only reason I took away a star is because the receptionists and reception area is very impersonal. All receptionists sit beyond tempered glass so you can’t see them. You sign in on a book that disappears between a slot with no face-​to-​face interaction.
Other than that entry aspect, this place is worth considering.
