A well protected and monitored ATM on the Broadway side is the best in downtown. The lobby is beautiful with friendly and efficient tellers, and comfy couches to boot. I really like the location, especially with all the ramp closures and the «park over the highway» thing coming. They do have garage parking on the 4^th St. side, but you have to fight cabbies for most of the street spots.
They have security guards inside and out all day. I happened to be parked out front one day last summer when a rolling gun fight down Broadway ended up as a car accident on Pine. As soon as I heard the first gunshot, the guard ran to the front door and yelled for them to «lock it down!» just as a car went airborne and took out the crossing signal at Pine. Very quick response and they kept the doors locked a good deal of time until the scene was secured.
The building also has pretty nice restrooms in the lobby by the elevators.
