This is the worst wireless store ever. The employees and managers are poorly trained. They tell you wrong information. I was led to believe an additional service would be free because of adding additional lines. I was charged on my first bill. Went back to find out why and they said there was nothing they could do even though the representative lied to me. I was told the representative that assisted me was no longer employed at AT&T. The next time I needed to add line the representative screwed up and I had to go to another store, cancel the additional line and change the phone number I’ve had for 13 years because they couldn’t transfer the number from the mistake made by the representative at this horrible location. NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!
