Troy did a quality repair and prompt service. I had a slight issue after the repair, but they honored the warranty and made it right without any excuses and in a timely fashion. I work in the service industry (auto repair) and understand that mistakes happen or things come up out of your control, so I appreciate it when I’m given a chance to make it right. Amazing service! Shattered my iPhone 5 screen. Made an appointment with me within the hour. Met him at a local coffee shop and I was literally out of there in 5 minutes! Brand new screen, seems like a brand new phone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you break your screen! They even take credit cards.

Fantastic service! I had just cracked the screen of my iPhone 4S and the top button had been sticking, so I found iCracked on Unilocal.I got an appointment for the next morning, at my convenience, with Joey. He was very professional and got right to work on my phone. I ran to the bank and by the time I had returned it was finished. Only took about 25 minutes for my repairs plus 5 minutes for the entire process. I am very pleased with the service and glad my phone is functioning like new again. Thanks Joey!
