Tasty pizza! Ordered the King Kong with a free 2 liter. Super fast delivery, great deal and nice people. My family’s new pizza spot!

I know this food is great. I suggest dinning in or picking up. I ordered online through Unilocal and the order took over an hour and still wasn’t ready for delivery when I called. Their delivery car broke down supposedly. They need to hire more delivery drivers and more people because this place is understaffed. Just get pick up.

I so wish I had not eaten here. Horrible pizza. Obnoxious, noisey kids. Definitely avoid.

I’ve been ordering Pizza here since past few years, delivery is so fast and pizza is too good with reasonable price. i would recommend this place if you wish to have a Good pizza.

11:44pm, sign is lit and says «open», doors are also open. We walk in and can’t order a pizza because worker says they are closed…

There pizza taste great! I’ve ordered here multiple times and have yet to have a bad experience. I’ve never used there online ordering, I call in or order in store and wait. The wait time is short and customer service is mediocre.

I tried this place for Pizza but I was not so happy about the quality and the bread was burnt and toasty. Lesser cheese and sauce. Definitely not my cup of tea. If you like cheap Pizzas over taste and quality for less, you found it. Oh, if you call your self New York Pizza and you don’t know what «Pizza Pie» you must not be working there IMO. It was funny when I asked for a
whole pie, and the guy replied he doesn’t sell Pizza Pies. :)

Second time in the last 3 orders delivery was not only over 30 min late but also WRONG order. First time I called back and guy offered me a coupon instead a refund and/​or the right order … even though they delivered something with inedible combo of toppings. We politely requested they complete delivery because who wants to pay for a pizza they’d throw away? He told us to not eat it so we could give it back to the driver when he came back with the rest of our order. No apology for us having waiting almost 2 hours at this point … Just super rude like we were inconveniencing him for wanting what we paid for… This time both pizzas are both wrong and late. Won’t be ordering here again

Due to my being disabled I order out frequently instead of going out. As a result I have placed literally hundreds of orders with this pizza shop over several years time. It has always provided good food and relatively good service — until the last 6 – 9 months. This review will address the issues I have had over the last half year.
Three times they have forgotten items that were ordered and paid for. Once they «forgot» the order (after it had been paid for) and needed a call (three hours later) to be reminded of it. About one in three orders arrives 90+ minutes after being ordered and is room temperature.
Something has happened to the shop about 6 – 9 months ago and the result is horrible in regards to their delivery service. The food is still good, but I strongly recommend you do not use their delivery service! I know I will never order another item from them!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Their system is «brand new» so it doesn’t work properly. We ordered and paid $ 40 to pick up at this location and when we showed up the guy there said there was no order. Long story short he was rude from the beginning about the whole thing (at one point saying call your bank to fix it, it’s not my problem) until eventually he gave us a number for the A street location to see if our order ended up there. Horrible man, horrible service.
*at least the manager at the A street location recognized that they get many complaints about that man, and attempted to make things right by us. The manager definitely did what he could given the circumstances. Kudos to him.*

Overall the people that work there are rude. I always see different workers and management all the time buy always rude I swear it ruins your appetite. The pizza is passable. I recommend chicago pizza on e14

Ordered Lasagna, Chicken Caesar Salad, Garlic breadsticks & Cheesecake.
The lasagna was burnt slop in a pie tin. Looks like they are using the cheapest pre-​made bullshit they can find. It was burnt pretty good and mostly inedible.
The «Chicken» Caesar Salad comes with a dried up hunk of shredded chicken the size of a reeses cup.
The garlic breadsticks were actually pretty good
The cheesecake is the same pre-​made cheesecake everyone else is selling.
Their pizza is good, the rest of their stuff is pre-​packaged crap that I wouldn’t serve to an animal.

I must agree with others this is one of the best tasting pizza in Northern California and the prices are very reasonable. I have ordered many many times from this location as well as the other location in Hayward, same logo but not sure if same owner or not.
I do fully recommend without a doubt the pizza here

Always order the King Kong with a 2liter for the kids never disappointed sometimes the wait is hit or miss

I’ve ordered from them before and had a terrible experience via delivery. I literally live about 3 blocks away. The driver «FORGOT» my wings, said he’d be back only to return over an hour later. So I never ordered delivery from them again after that. This was in ²⁰⁰⁸⁄₀₉
Fast forward to the present. I gave them another try because it’s on my way home from work and I love pizza period. Carryout was a much better experience HOWEVER, they don’t use gloves while preparing food.
I’ve witnessed it on two different occasions while waiting for my food inside of the establishment. It was really unsettling for me, but due to my affliction (being a complete fat ass and sucker for cheap food) I ate it anyway. Any who, the pizza and wings were pretty okay, but the no gloves when food is involved is pretty effing gross. 2 stars.

The pizza taste like plastic, and the workers there are rude and somewhat on the stuck up side. I still think it’s ridiculous that they charge 50 cents for a little bit of BBQ sauce

1^st time ordering pizza here… ask for 14inch large pizza and they gave me 12inch pizza… I even measured it… not very satisfied customer.

I have ordered two pizzas now from this spot and they have been fantastic, fresh ingredients and good crust! The best part? A large supreme for $ 20… Good value, good pizza.

Can I give ZERO to these guys? Total crap. I placed an order with them through Eat24. They were still open for another 30 minutes. I had a choice between these guys and another pizza place but chose New York Pizza. Bad idea.
20 minutes after placing the order, Eat24 calls and emails me that they can’t reach them (Eat24 is awesome and so very customer service oriented) and that they don’t think the order can be completed. Apprarently, someone decided to close early because they don’t give a damn at this place.
So, I canceled since no one is there. The other pizza place that was still open late (the one I opted out of) is now closed and that is that. Thanks NYC Pizza!!!
I will NEVER order from these guys again no matter what the hour. Total BS and they hosed me. Thankfully, Eat24 advised me asap so I knew what wasn’t coming. And, as I noted, the worst part was I had two places open to order from. I chose New York Pizza. By the time their stupidity was sorted out, the other guys were closed. Nice job. I will tell anyone and everyone how they dumped an order tonight.

This place is the greatest pizza place ever! I am from san Francisco, and the first thing I tried to do was find a decent pizza spot. And I had no luck until I found NY pizza. You can get a large pizza for under $ 20, I can dig that lol. I’m not a fan of franchise pizza places like round table or dominos.gross. and they charge too much. their pizza. This place is perfect. give them a shot :) you won’t be disappointed. :)

Have ordered pizza here at least 15 times.
Pick-​up only.
The pizza is OK, but $ 18.00 for a large 4 toppings is way too much.
They have SMALL, LARGE, XTR LARGE AND A SOMETHING BIGGER.
For now on I will be going to Pizza Hut or Round Table for my pizza’s.
Everyone else is well aware of the economy, and lowering their prices.
Not here.
The salad’s home dressing is something to stay away from.
Smells sour and old. Have no idea what it is.
Service at the counter is unfriendly at best.
2 stars is for having pizza ready when promised.
