4-star rating reports, «Yah! I’m a fan.» Well then… call me a fan! Cost — unbelievable! Kyle should probably charge more but the fact that he didn’t makes my pocket book very happy. He didn’t strike me as the most talkative-guy so I would classify his personality as zero-nonsense and 100% Get-It-Done. So if you cut-a-joke, don’t be offended if he doesn’t laugh or chuckle… but then again, I am often the only one who finds my jokes funny(they’re hilarious in my head). His crew of 3 showed up ready to work. They were pleasant, informative, methodical, neat in their clean-up and discernible in their actions to safely remove the tree’s(3 total; 1 gigantic Magnolia wedged between 2 houses). They removed portions of the fence and put them back — probably better than it was when they took it down. I personally hate when people stand over me and watch me work but I did exactly that too them because they were so darn good(and quietly hated myself for doing it). I just liked their work! I will add this too because I think it speaks volumes for the guys commitment to their employer; we offered extra money and requested them to remove some tree branches that we already removed from the tree(prior to them cutting it down) but because it wasn’t in the contract they didn’t do it. As a customer, I am 100% Okay with that. I personally wouldn’t want to possibly lose my job over someone’s after-thought, either. If you ask them for something extra, and they don’t do it, view it as their commitment to their job. They have honest hearts and a commitment to the integrity for the businesses name-sake. If I can tell my friends to use them, then I need to tell Unilocal to use them too. Happy Chopping!
