This is the worst run Walgreens(or any other drug store) I’ve encountered. I’m specifically talking about the pharmacy. It is grossly under staffed for the amount of business it has. They need to double the staffing to even come close to having reasonable service. The waiting time is always 30+ minutes or more regardless of whether the driveup or counter is used. Management is certainly aware of the numerous complaints, and yet does nothing to address this problem. Its clear they don’t give a **** about their customers. I’m fed up and moving my perscriptions elsewhere.

Waiting for an hour for my prescription. Came at 5 pm. Must be a bad time. It’s 24 hour so I choose it at the doctor. They can’t handle the business.

The pharmacy was open after 10:00pm. They had to close 2of the 3 registers because a women had been standing at the counter and just urinated as she stood there. Took some time til it was cleaned up. Pharmacy girl said they didn’t sell the decongestant tablets I had had filled in the Los Gatos Walgreens 2 weeks ago. Couldn’t be bothered to look me up in their system. Won’t bother to go back to this store!

Some of the things here seem overpriced when comparing them to Walmart but I would gladly pay a bit more in order to be in and out quick from a store. When I’ve gone I’ve always been able to find what I need, there’s always a worker around the cosmetics area ready to help you check out faster at their register and the workers have offered me coupons I didn’t even know they had. I’ve probably only used their pharmacy services twice but that was easy and straight to the point as well. They’ve helped with recommendations to illnesses as well. I’ve developed tons of photos from them as well. I go online and upload my pics, get a time letting me know when they’re available and its that easy. Just look out for the good deals! I developed about 400 photos from vacation to fill up an album and I paid $ 40.

This is by far the WORST pharmacy i’ve ever had to deal with! if i could do no stars i would. I’ve been dealing with this for almost a year and half and after finally reaching my wits end with thier incompetency and stupidity i finally switched to another pharmacy(and of course Walgreens couldn’t even do that right). I’ve never been out of there without having to wait at least 45 minutes or longer and that’s with just a couple people in line. The drive through plan on bringing a meal because you’ll wait forever. Ugh i can’t express how much I dislike them! I will never even step foot in that store again!

PHARMACYMANAGER read this, and all of the other reviews! During Flu season you need to have a minimum of 3 employees scheduled in case one calls out!!! There was only ONE worker tonight poor thing had to manage refills, huge customers lines in both drive thru and inside!!! People are in need of medications in the middle of the night and this is the only 24hr Walgreens nearby. You have locals coming in from all of the hospitals nearby to pick up. Many like us have been in the emergency room already waiting hours to get serviced there then come here with a wait as well! And how is your employee even supposed to go on lunch break with no backup? Isn’t that illegal? Hire more employees or if you have them schedule them! Trust me, it will make it easier on everyone!

Good thing is this walgreen open 24 hour. They were even open on christmas day. Poeple work there are very helpful.

Literally the most miserable pharmacy experience ever! Every time I’ve come here to pick up a prescription the line has been a mile long. For some reason they have been helping the same customer for nearly a half an hour now. When I got to the front of the line they told me my prescription was not yet ready and to go take a seat. Another 15 minutes and they page me to tell me my prescription is ready. I go to the front of the line only to be told I must get BACK in line. There are 7 people in front of me and the SAME customer they were helping before is still in front. I stand here in line as my groceries go bad in my front seat. Completely disappointed with the customer service and sense of urgency here. This place needs a real makeover.

I wish we could give NOSTARS. Pretty ghetto here including the employees. The pharmacy is under staffed & knows nothing about customer service. We came inside to drop off a prescription because the drive thru was RIDICULOUSLYLONG and to my surprise so was inside(sigh) we finally get to the front & instead of saying next they asked who’s picking up? No bueno! We then give our prescription & the pharmacist says it’ll be ready in 45mins. We tell him we’ll pick up tomorrow. We go to pick it up the next day around 7pm & guess what NOTHINGWASPROCESSED! WTF! they first need to verify the prescription. We ask for a manager & how inconvenient for us again, he’s not available. What if those were my pills for CHEMO! No one has gotten back to us regarding our prescription & it’s been a week. Good thing my life doesn’t depend on pills, I’d be dead by now thanks to the SCREWUPPHARMACIST! oh and another incident. The corny undercover KKK asshole Security guard is a repulsive RACIST. How unperfessional is it to wear your security uniform unbuttoned & sloppy Smh not to mention a baseball Hat just to top it off. Him and another employee looking like a METHHEAD manager also Racist were wrongfully accusing this African American Man with children of not paying his drink after his son had taken a sip. The man hadn’t even left the store & was just waiting for the long wait on his prescription. We have kids that cannot wait for your long ass 20ppl line. He probably had more money then everyone on the store that night. What total morons!

I come for the convenience of the 24 hr pharmacy but due to the frequency of visits, have come to appreciate the staff too. Could be cleaner inside and outside.
