The entire staff is extremely professional, kind, and caring. I’ve been going here for almost 20 years and have NOTHING negative to say about the staff and cleanliness of this place.
When you first walk in, Elizabeth is eager to greet you and genuinely ask you how you’re doing and is very friendly. The same exuded kindness comes from Lucy, Janine, and Dr. Russo too.
Dr. Russo is constantly updating his tools with the latest in dental technology and makes sure his patients are getting the ABSOLUTE best care.

I have to give this place two stars and my reasons are as follows:
Although Dr. Russo and his dental hygenist are nice and professional and his dental practice is very nice; however, sometimes they do shoddy work. For instance, I had a crown placed on one of my molars. However, when I eventually selected another dentist to my avail they put the crown in wrong. Two different dentist stated this!
The worst of their staff is their receptionist Elizabeth. I don’t know how she lives with herself. At times she can be nice but says off the wall and offensive stuff. Morevoer, she deals with accounting for Dr. Russo. I found out that three months later they had overcharged me over $ 150.00! wtf! and no this isn’t the first time they did that to me they did it on multiple occassions they even did it even to my family members some of which have been their since the start of the opening of their busines.
Lastly, I eventually I left cause they dropped my insurance carrier; however they charge more than any other dentist in the area I would say about $ 100.00 even for teeth cleaning. If you are looking for dentist look elsewhere its just a waste of time going there for people that do crappy work, deperate for money and overcharge their clients!!!
