I rarely go to doctors unless absolutely necessary as I find most of them arrogant and dismissive. Thankfully Dr. Nelson does not fit that description, what a pleasure to find a doctor who listens to your complaints and actually talks to you and not at you. I presented with an unusual heel pain, Dr. Nelson EXPLAINED possible diagnosis and after poking, pushing, prodding and taking x-​rays (which he did himself) he determined an injection was needed. Dr. Nelson then administered the injection as gently as possible when piercing one’s foot with a needle! (LOL).
Day one after injection, the heel pain is almost a distant memory!

What a wonderful experience for such a yucky procedure!
I had a toenail that was looking loose and bruised and gross. It had to come off, so my PCP recommended Dr. Nelson. I’m glad she did! Wonderfully polite and friendly staff, and Dr. Nelson himself was kind, and listened to my concerns. The procedure was over before I knew it! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
