I can only speak to purchasing personal pinballs for my house and not using CAG for my business. In that regards, they are very pleasant to work with. I stopped by, they showed me various games and were very knowledgeable on the various pins and what I was looking for. In addition, they setup some pins for me and called me back in when ready so I could play the actually games before purchasing them. From there, they cleaned them up, delivered them to my house, and I have been a fan ever since. Any issues I have (which are few and far between given personal use), they respond quickly and make house calls to fix the issues at a reasonable rate. I will continue to work with them going forward. I would easily recommend them for personal purchases.
