I usually check out a business’ reviews ahead of time and I can’t really say why I didn’t this time. That said, based on my personal experience I’m glad I didn’t.
My wife and I lease a home in Seal Beach and last year the owner wanted to increase the lease amount at renewal. We knew this additional money would go directly in their pocket and my family would get zero benefit from it. In a moment of genius I countered with «What if we up date the backyard instead» that way your property value could benefit and my family gets a nicer backyard to spend time in. He agreed and everyone was happy.
Fast forward to getting the work done: When I made contact with this company they were very courteous and responsive. They came out to the property and spent over two hours with my wife and I going over the possibilities. Of course we shared our budget (I won’t share here) and they promised to get back with a couple of design choices. Four days later we got the call, met for coffee and reviewed the options. Every option was within budget making the hardest part deciding which to go with. We eventually decided (my wife did) and they put the wheels in motion. Understanding we were not their only client we knew there would be a slight delay in getting started. During this time we got constant updates and a short 30 days later we were enjoying our new backyard. It was 100% worth the wait and we recommend this family owned business without hesitation.
