I have nothing but great things to say about this company. We have purchased two boards so far. One new board and one with a few scratches on it, but still in great condition. Found SUP ATX out of the blue. When you call, make sure you get the right location as they have locations all over the US. Reid was incredibly helpful and is the type of person who goes over and beyond. Definitely the right place to do business.

Had a less than positive experience. I bought a shipment damaged 12 ft board. Got a great deal. No tax cuz of 4^th of July promotion. But I accidentally dinged board getting it in to my Jeep. The next day I returned inquiring about repair or anything. The young guy dismissed me by saying we don’t repair boards! He then walked over to some other customers who had just walked in the show room. Well I guess, why not he already had my $ 650.00. No sense talking to me any more ! Not how I would treat my customers, especially if you want return business. I also was not offered the adjustable paddle. There are tons of SUP stores around. Not even counting the online stores. I would suggest you look elsewhere.

I bought a board from SUP ATX out of their San Juan Capistrano showroom a month ago. Great experience with these guys, especially Reid the retail manager. Took a bunch of time with me in the showroom to answer my questions and gave me a GREAT deal! I appreciated that I was able to demo 2 different boards to figure out which one I liked best before buying as well. Very cool, laid back vibe at this shop and plenty of inventory to choose from makes it a great place to find your board.

I love my new board and I love SUP ATX San Juan Capistrano.
Wanting to purchase a board from a local company I visited the showroom in San Juan Capistrano and received great information and service from the gentleman at the store — I wanted the purple board so we ordered it through Costco.
Today my board was delivered to my house by Reid.
Reid was so helpful and nice. He set the board up for me and reviewed all of the equipment. A great experience. I will definitely buy my future boards from SUP.
Go get one and come paddle with me :)

My husband and I stayed in Laguna for our anniversary. After a quick online search we saw that SUP ATX had a demo not far away at the Dana Point Yacht Club. I fell in love with paddle boarding after trying it in Kauai, and my husband wanted to buy one for me for our anniversary. However, I had no idea what size I wanted so being able to demo different boards was perfect! Reid was awesome! Super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the boards. He explained the different sizes and how each board would perform differently in different conditions. I was able to try the 12 ft, the 10 ft, then finally the 11ft. Being able to try all the different sizes was invaluable when it came to choosing a board as every board had a different feel. We loved the boards so much that we visited Reid at the showroom and purchased a board the next day! If you are like me and want a SUP but not exactly sure what size/​type of board you want, go see Reid! Not only did we have a great morning SUP’ing on the marina, but we walked away educated and inspired to conquer a new water sport!

Reid made good on a silent auction item I purchased at a fundraiser. He was willing to meet me ½ way at Newport Beach. Even though he had a very challenging morning (his van was towed) he made it happen and met us only a few minutes late. His instructions to the beginners (#6) were great and five (5) of us were standing within minutes of launching.
Can’t wait to do it again and hope we can make it work with SUPATX and Reid again.

First time stand up paddling. Thanks to Reid for meeting our group of first timers in Newport Beach for a great morning of stand up paddling. Weather was not ideal but we were able to quickly change location & save the outing. Everyone did great, so much fun can’t wait to go again!

I can’t say enough about these guys — first of all I am very happy with the board I bought from their show room — I got one of their 11′ scratch and dents that had just a slight discoloration in the fiberglass — I have been using it for about 8 months now and just absolutely love it — at any given time they have a lot of boards to choose from in their Capistrano location
recently I noticed the blade on my paddle was separating so I called them to find out if it was under warranty not really knowing what the warranty was on the paddle or the board — they replaced the paddle with no questions asked — great people, great product and they are easy to do business with
