As did Troy, our long term pool service guy sold his business to Serenity and we experienced the same subpar service. Scott was always responsive to my concerns but his staff assigned to us was just horrible! Best decision I made was when I terminated the business relationship with Serenity. Found a new guy and our pool is looking fantastic!

Serenity Pool and Spa Services has been incredibly helpful maintaining and servicing our pool. Very reliable and responsive whenever there is an issue with my pool equipment. The service guy always shows up the same time each week and our pool looks fantastic! Thank you Serenity! I would definitely refer this service to my friends.

Absolutely the worst possible company to work with. My pool services was purchased by Serenity Pool. As soon as it was taken over by them, I had nothing but serious problems with my pool. Within a couple of months of their service, my pool was green. Their customer service is the worst in the business. The owner Scott has a serious issue taking accountability for the poor workmanship by his staff. I wanted to get this message out quickly so to warn others to seek service elsewhere. I will be following up with very detail description of all the issues I had along with the email exchanges and photos if I can post photos on this site.
