Robert L Kluss, DDS – Absolute Smile

A dentist you can trust! Love coming here knowing that they will not recommend something that doesn’t need to be done unless it absolute has to. I have heard and experienced horror stories through my wife of other dentist doing the opposite. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I live in Aliso Viejo and work in Mission Viejo, and I drive here because of the people that work here and the experience that I get. Im sure I could find a dentist local to Aliso or Mission but ever since I have entered their door 9 years ago, I would never go anywhere else. And Theresa is so genuine and welcoming it makes me feel like I’m their only patient!!!

I’m one of those weirdos that actually enjoys going to the dentist! I just love the fresh feeling of clean teeth. I never leave Dr. Kluss’ office disappointed. I’ve been coming to this office for 3+ years.
Making the appointment is always a breeze and Thersa, the receptionist, always remembers me by first name. She is super nice. They are open early morning and can usually accommodate my work schedule. If I need to come in early or during lunch, I always go in on time and am out of there in less than an hour.
I really like Susan, one of the Dental Hygienists. She’s super good at what she does, very knowledgeable about dentistry, and she’s awesome to chat with. Makes the appointment fly. All the other hygienists are really good as well.
Dr. Kluss is very professional. I don’t usually need much work or anything, so he just comes in after the cleaning to look around and make sure all is well with my teeth. He filled a cavity for me once and was so super gentle that I didn’t need to be numbed.
I’ve never experienced «up selling» from anyone at the office. I love that! NEVER have I heard the words: «you could use braces», «you could use whitening», «you should get xyz done for a bunch of money». Never ever have they tried any of that.
The office is in a great location. A nice little shopping center close to the freeway. And, it is superbly clean! The whole place is really nice and modern without a spec of dirt anywhere. I feel like they are extremely hygiene conscious.
I hope I can keep coming here for a long time!

Who likes going to the dentist? I can actually say my visits to this office is very pleasant. The staff make you feel very welcomed. Teresa and Patty are great to work with and acknowledge you as a person rather a number. The Dr has extensive knowledge with up to date procedures and addresses your every concern. My wife hates going to the dentist but they are truly gentle for the procedure she went through. I wouldn’t chose any other dentist, you guys rock!

Collette did my cleaning and she is FABULOUS! So gentle and thorough!
