Worst retail experience ever! The plants I purchased once delivered were overpriced, smooshed, and the owner was horrible! Zero customer service and extremely rude considering I was spending over $ 400! They scheduled an afternoon delivery and never showed. Then I called and the owner was rude on the phone and didn’t even apologize. She started crying on the phone complaining about needing her pain medication. All I want are my plants. I’m sorry if she has a problem with her pain medication but that doesn’t give her the OK to have minimal customer service and lash out at paying clients! I’ll never use them again and I recommend you think twice before you walk in the door. Life it too short to have to be treated so terribly when you are the customer!
