Sargis helped with our crown moulding installation at a very short notice. His team arrived on time, did the work on time and cleaned up after them. Very happy with Sargis’ customer service as well. He was kind enough to let me use his truck for other purposes too :)

Here’s the deal with these guys. They are the real deal. The ones that other contractors hire to get the job done. I received several estimates from various contractors that were recommended to me for a kitchen remodel and a 20×30 room addition. This place beat the next bidder by half the price. No headaches or delays obtaining permits. And my wife and I were beyond satisfied with the quality work. I will definitely 100% be using these guys for any future projects.

I am very selective when hiring people to work at my house. Besides quality and price, you want someone reliable who will have access to your home for a period of time. I went through a number of contractors before I found Xpert Design and Construction. A friend of mine referred them to me and I am so happy he did.
The owner, Sargis, knows what he is doing and is the friendliest guy you can work with. He knew exactly what I am looking for from our first meeting. He completed a full bathroom remodel on time and on budget and the quality is exceptional.
I loved their work so much that they are coming back to remodel my master bathroom, so stay tuned for more photos and updates.
