Had an awful experience (many times) at Capitol. Tried this one tonight and the girls working the drive thru were phenomenal! Manners go a long way!

One of the worst experience I have ever had. We were the first one to arrive in the morning, and placed a big order and had to wait for half an hour. They didn’t even start on my order by the time I checked. They forgot it and had to borrow my ticket. That was ridiculous.

False advertising, they said they make when you order, but when you get your order, it’s already cold and smash flat

First visit in December — Nice burger place. Good commercial neighborhood– fast service, friendly employees, clean place — basically, NOTHING wrong. Great job!
Second visit — came in a few days ago; the counter server was friendly despite huge drive-​thru line. The place was, again, very clean, and the only problem was that the drink machine seemed to be out of ice. I would have asked the counter staff for ice from behind the counter, but it was near closing time, and wasn’t a big enough deal to make it worth my (or their) time.

Asked for 4 honey mustards and got only 2 if you want me to pay for it say so don’t say ok and give me half of what I ask. Prices are already going up can’t even give condiments too? Geez.

6 weeks ago I went thru the drive-​thru. The ordering screen was broken, and the speaker was muffled. Had to repeat the order 3 times, as did the customers in front and behind me. It was 90+ degrees outside, and I had to put-​up with this abuse. I filled-​out their online survey, and mentioned the speaker/​screen issue. Got an email from «the manager», and at no time did he mention the problem! Went back a week later — no effort to correct the ordering screen and muffled speaker issues.

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich last night… but drivethru girl cannot determine the difference between a sandwich and fries. Ended up coming home with pulled pork fries when I originally order a sandwich.
Also before making my order, another male ended up walking in the drive thru pissed off cause he ordered a double cheeseburger and somehow the same girl have him a chicken sandwich…

This isn’t one of the better Wendy’s. I’ve known about this place for probably 3 years. I go in now and then just to give them a chance. Sometimes the quality of the food is OK but most of the time its not.
Very often my frosties come out foamy and a little sour, like they left the mix out. Maybe 1 in 5 burgers comes out good but usually they’re either too dry or not hot all the way through. The cleanliness is also lacking. You can sometimes find the bathroom stocked but I’ve seen it out of supplies several times.

Awesome late night. But they should start indicating that THEY TURN OFF THEIR FROSTY MACHINE AT A CERTAIN TIME. I came here for a frosty through the late night drive through and the girl said they’ve ALREADY CLEANED THE FROSTY MACHINE THEREFORE, it’s NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
On the lobby side, my siblings and I came running in inside their lobby and there were 2 – 3 ppl ahead of us IN LINE but once they got to us try refused to help us up because they JUST CLOSEd right after the transaction before us. WE GOT IN LINE, we WAITED. But no, they asked us to leave even after we waited behind 2 – 3 ppl, then we attempted to go to drive through but there were so many cars it was UNFAIR TO GET IN LINE AGAIN.

Came here at 11 pm on a Thursday night to grab a quick late night salad. I don’t eat meat and all the salads come with meat, but if you are nice they will not add meat to your salad! Lady even charge me the half price! I am very grateful for a very nice gesture to us non meat eaters :)

The food is always relatively good here, but they only have about a 50% accuracy rate on getting my burger

Went here to get fast food, but wasn’t really fast. It was night time and their drive-​through menu light was off until I told them. My girlfriend asked for no tomato and they still added tomato. Overall my experience here was ok, giving them 2 stars

For a fast food place, the sandwich was really worth it’s price which was around $ 1.50, same goes for the chicken nuggets and fries! SATISFIED!
The place outside and inside is very clean, neat, and shows a lot of their advertisements.
Costumer service is also great

How is Wendy’s still in business?! Their food is terrible! The ¼ lb. burger with cheese was disgusting! Refer to the picture that I posted to see how poorly constructed it was. The taste of the burger matched the picture.
Crap.
The fries were okay but definitely not good enough for me to ever go back.
Last but not least I had the crispy chicken sandwich off their value menu. Do not get it! Just avoid this whole damn chain altogether.

I’m always a happy customer when I come here the drive-​through time is fast and they always get my order correct. I love that the fact that they always come up with a new menu!
It’s not greasy it’s just right and I love their bread that they have.
for being fast food I think they have really good quality of food choices and how they set up.

Just came here tonight and i was really disappointed. I ordered a bacon chicken branch salad and the lady who took my order was giving me the mean look which made me really uncomfortable. Then a couple came after us ordered the same food as me and somehow the lady just gave them my food. I was waiting for 10 mins for my food but it never came so i came to ask her where is my food and she said just wait a bit then 5 more mins my food still had not came out yet so my bf came to ask her why the customers who came after us got their food already but we didnt and she answered that she dont know and its not her business without any apology. After that we found out that she gave our food to another customer then she just avoided us until another lady from the kitchen showed up and gave us our food. I never come back here again and wendys customer service is suck.

Worst Wendy’s ever! While ordering and reconfirming my order with the lady she agreed the order was correct. The order all together was 30 bucks and she asked me to sign the receipt which I found to be really odd since this is a fast food drive threw. Once I get home to enjoy my food, I was given deluxe burgers instead of jr bacon cheese burgers (which are much cheaper!)
Get ripped off and food that I didn’t order. Stay away from this location!

For some reason, there are very few late-​night food options on this part of town. My boyfriend works nights and occasionally gets hungry at work after I’ve finished our leftovers– I’ve stopped here a few times to grab him stuff and it’s the only nearby option after midnight.
Salads here are always fresh, though the newly-​released flatbreads are unimpressive– if you have a subway option nearby, just get that instead. Really isn’t very impressive.
The pretzel bacon burger though! That was a pleasant surprise. Stole a bite of BF’s burger a week ago and it was the bomb dot com. That sauce is killer, would probably baptize my firstborn in it. And then devour him, apocalypse-​style. And I don’t even like bacon!
But I digress. Wifi is free here– haven’t tested to see the speed, but the password is on your receipt. It’s something easy like McKeeWendys.
Not sure what all the whining is about service– I usually get the same girl each time, and she’s fine. Not particularly chatty, but neither am I at midnight. Order is taken, food is given, money is given, and I’m on my way. I will note that the line here has never taken anywhere near as long as the nearby McDonalds in the other direction.

I order a pretzel burger. I pull up to the pick-​up window after paying.
Lady at the window: «We can’t give you the pretzel burger because it’s in the freezer. We can give you a refund if you like or you can wait or something.»
Lady in the back: «We just reheated it!»
Lady at the window: «Are you sure you still want it?»

This used to be the spot when I was in high school! My friends and I came here during =X and after school to «chill» and talk about our dramaful lives. Their dollar menu is still awesome but I recently got to venture outside of it. I ordered the Very Berry salad with raspberry vinaigrette and it was amazing! A half size is actually a decent size. I also got the spicy chicken caesar, which was just mediocre
Can’t forget about the frosty’s!
