I don’t want my review to reflect the whole shop but this is pertaining to the guy that cut my boyfriends hair, which we don’t know his name but his hair cut was so bad I wanted to share it with you guys. My boyfriend is far from a douche but he ended up getting a douchey wanna-​be fohawk and specifically asked for a trim with a size 3 on the side and half length on top. When my boyfriend realized the guy cut him a fohawk, he told him to fix it and but it came out lopsided and pointy. I hated it so much that I insisted to fix it. One side was longer than the other, too much hair was left on top, it was not blended on the sides, they front stuck out way too much. Go to this place if you want but just be cautious of who’s cutting your hair.

I just moved to the area and I need a haircut for my company holiday party coming up tomorrow, so I started looking for a barber. Saw this place and decided to call. It’s been 3 days now and I’ve called at least 5 times. However, every time I call, the phone just rings and rings and rings. Then, the answering machine doesn’t even let you know that you’ve called this business. It just says «you’ve called the voicemail of 510-​etc»
I finally got ahold of someone and she said that the phone number isn’t for this place and that she’s not even sure it’s still in business. Since the most recent review is from a few months ago though, seems like they might be in business. Update your info!

I was leary… it looked abandoned… it’s a huge space with only a row of barber chairs all thewaydown one side, nothing on the other except maybe four ‘waiting chairs’…
But it was one of the best cuts EVER.
Sad thing is, I went back yesterday and there was no one there and the door was locked. I’m going to try again today.

Great hair cut and staff, they listen to what you want and give you what you want. Can’t go wrong with Top Shelf Barbers. But please be advised… MUST MAKE APPOINTMENT! Don’t try to walk in, good luck if you do.

My regular barber was out of town on vacation. I usually go to a very popular, very good, and highly reviewed barber shop that is literally down the street from my house. Anyhow like I said my regular barber was out of town and I needed a haircut, so I looked up Top Shelf Barbers here on Unilocal and made the 6 mi. drive to T.S.B. I’m pretty picky and haven’t seen a different barber other than my own for over 3 years. So for me it was a bit of risk going to a different place. Well no worries ya’ll! Top Shelf Barbers is a great shop and Luis is a really good barber. I highly recommend T.S.B./Luis to anyone who needs a good quality cut!

Im picky about where I get my fade and get my beard lined up but Luis always leaves me so fresh so clean. Ive been to a few barbers around the bay but they havent been the same, I dont trust anyone else with my hair. Id recommend calling ahead of time to make an appoinment because he gets booked fast.

By far THE place to be if u want the best hair cut!
You can’t be selfish and not advertise for the best barber in town. Luis is amazing and if u really want to look good, simply get here and get THE best fade. Moved from Miami and I thought It would be hard to find the best one. After 2 pricey and horrible hair cut elsewhere, I cried for help and Luis was recommended. I will never go anywhere else. Top hair cut. Thanks Luis!

This barber shop is amazing ! The customer service was great. My boyfriend and I came in and the wait was so short. I have half if my head shaved and Luis did the coolest, cleanest designs in it. My boyfriend got a fade and he has never looked better. I’m definitely coming back here. The place is very well kept and great energy!

Name definitely speaks for itself. I’ve been going to Luis for quite some years now. The fades, tapers, and beard line up is the best in town. You will NOT leave disappointed, great environment and customer service! Make an appointment with Luis and see for yourself, top shelf barbers is where its at!

The place is new but you definitely won’t be disappointed if you come here! Luis has been cutting my hair for quite some time now, I was recommended by a friend and I am glad I was. The way you ask your hair to be cut is the way it will be done. The location is new but it is coming along together, great chairs, tvs and can’t complain about the AC. Come check this Babershop out you won’t regret it! I recommend you call in advance and make an appointment because Luis gets booked fast!

This place is great! I took my son to get a haircut here and Luis helped him out. Luis was great with my son who is 7years old. He cut his hair perfectly and did exactly what we requested.
My son liked him very much as did I. My son has previously complained about other barbers so that says a lot! We will definitely be going back to this place.
