I made a purchase at this store just before Christmas. Returned the item the day after Christmas. The credit never showed up on my credit card. My credit card company tells me it is the responsibility of the store. The store kept telling me it is not their fault and they did nothing about it. It is now the middle of February, I still don’t have my money back. I am not impress with this stores ability to handle money properly, especially mine? And now my credit card company is telling me that the store has not bothered to respond to them and the credit dispute. This should not be happening!

Westgate isn’t exactly the first place I go for an A-1 shopping experience, but these folks were great. They gave me exactly as much help as I needed and otherwise left me alone to browse/compare, and I got a great price on some slammin’ matching Victorinox luggage. I compared to online after I got home, and they were right in line with a mail-order price. They’re really strong in Victorinox, Eagle Creek, and Briggs Riley, and have a bunch of lesser-known(and less expensive) brands as well. I’m really happy I went here first. I’ll likely be coming back to fill out my set a little more!

This place is great. The customer service is excellent. Unlike a lot of other luggage stores, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, they accept returns. Even though it’s pretty small, they have a really good selection and offer many hard-to-find items. I’m a big Eagle Creek fan and they have a lot of Eagle Creek accessories I couldn’t find anywhere else. I love to travel and this place always has exactly what I need.
