Taco Bell

If there were another Taco Bell nearby, I’d go there. Sadly, there isn’t. If you’re looking for a place that’s definitely going to mess up your order, this is the place for you! I’m probably out 30 $ worth of food that was ordered but never given (which Taco Bell veterans can identify as A LOT of missing food). This particular location is very much a revolving door when it comes to employees. Over the last two years I’ve seen the same person maybe 4 times, every other time it’s a new face that’s gone by the end of the month. Avoid if you can, but don’t blame yourself if you can’t.

I love places with great customer service, and this place has it! All my food was great, and correct! I may have just found my new favorite Taco Bell (which is very hard to find). I will definitely be back :)

I normally would not review a fast food place since the expectations are always the same.
I had a craving for Taco Bell and decided to come to this place with my son. Food is as expected but what really impressed me with the place was the exceptional staff. Very friendly, smiling but cashiers. One of the gals even took time to explain the menu to me for my very picky son. Food staff at the back acted like they really enjoy what they do. And even recognized and acknowledged some of the customers that walked in while I was there.
To the owner. Please take note. You have an excellent staff here (came in on sept 4 at 4pm)

This is a combo or ordering Taco Bell with Door Dash: I ordered for Taco Bell off Winchester. It was for a group of us and we tried it. Someone had ordered 2 orders of 4 balls of Captain Crunch Balls. They sent me 1 order of two balls. I called TB and said Hey I ordered 2 orders of 4 balls and you only sent 1 order of 2 balls. He in broken spanish said the delivery person said asked for 2 orders of 2 balls, I said if thats the case then your still missing a set of balls? I said I wanted 2 of 4. he said I need to call DD. I said so if you put the 2 orders of 2 balls where is the other balls. He said I DUNNO… I said are you saying the the DD ate my balls. He said if my balls were not there then someone took my balls. He was not very customer friendly and have before experienced bad service with this Taco Bell. I called DD and explained to the lady and she was nice but while on the phone with her I opened my Beef Burrito that I said NO NACHO SAUCE and there was Nacho Sauce. I was like OMG and I took pictures. I told her I would send them and a copy of my order saying no nacho sauce and 2 orders of 4 balls each. She was real patient because I was getting irritated. She finally said they will send out another order and it will have my 2 set of 4 balls and a Beef burrito no cheese sauce. They guy came and appeared to be nice. Im glad the other delivery person didnt come because she didnt speak well english either and I bet thats how my balls were screwed. So t his guy comes and he hands me the bags and then lingers and and says. Thank you for using Door Dash, and still stood there. Was I supposed to tip again? I may try it again but not in the near future.

This Taco Bell sucks, because they did not put rice on my quesarito. I told the employees to put rice on it a couple of times, but they did not listen to me. Worst Taco Bell experience ever.

I’m a big fan of Taco Bell, so naturally by nature of the menu, this experience and this particular location earns Taco Bell 5 stars. The restaurant was well-​kept, it was clean, and the customer service was very nice. I received a greeting, and the lady who handed me my to-​go order was very happy and joyful. I believe that makes a big difference in the experience, and that was mine, so 5 stars it is!
My favorite is the Mexican Pizza and Taco Supreme. The Mexican Pizza was perfectly crisp, and the Taco Supreme was neat and had a good balance of all the ingredients. Will I be back? Absolutely.

Taco Bell is what it is – a fast food Mexican-​American restaurant, so you can’t expect too much with that said, my favorite is the 7 Layer Burrito (with nacho cheese), the cheesy fiesta potatoes, and the Cinnabon delights. That is my favorite 3-​item custom combo, not only because of the flavor of each individual item, but it’s also a bargain! This is a lovely, yet toxic, fast food joint.

Oh, Taco Bell. Forgive me for the times I’ve forgotten who I was and criticized you in front of my friends. Despite how much I may talk about kale and gluten-​free trends, you know I always come back for you.

Yup. I realllly realllly like the taste of this taco bell. I“ve been to many around the bay. It’s close to my place, granted I don’t always eat taco bell, but surprisingly, the way they prepare it is great. shell for chalupas are always just perfect… and this location seems to have such a high volume that the ingredients are definitely more fresh than other locations. Frankly, I don’t give a s — - about who else comes here… I order, I wait, I eat. Repeat. Unless my nose is not working properly, I haven’t come across the awful smell yet. :)

Feel like meeting future Darwin Award winners AND eating fake nacho cheese at the same time? Come on by!
I love Taco Bell. For fast food, it’s great. At this location the food is always consistent and the service is fast and friendly. But the REAL reason you should come to this Taco Bell specifically is because there are some really interesting people to observe…
There is no drive-​thru, so you either have to dine-​in or get your food to-​go. If you *can* stay a while, it’s worth it. Seriously… You can pretty much have dinner and a show for the low low price of five bucks or so.
For example, there are always parents bringing in kids who say crazy stuff. They eat like chunky little monkeys and talk smack to their family members without remorse.
My favorite experience, however, was when an older guy stacked up piles of Chick Tracts (those religious comics that tell you’re going to hell no matter what,) and insisted on handing them out to people ONLY when they were eating. It was like he knew people would tell him off, so he waited until their mouths were stuffed instead. The best part? He insisted that a Jewish woman take a handful of tracts because it was what Jesus would have wanted.
Seriously, I enjoy Taco Bell for what it is and I never expect gourmet cuisine, but I love coming here if I have spare time on my hands and spare change on the floor of my car.

There is an AWEFUL smell in this Taco Bell. We even asked the staff and all she had was a puzzled look on her face. I have been there multiple times and each time I’ve smelled this AWEFUL smell. Not helping are the 5 floor fans blowing the God AWEFUL stench directly into my face. Makes me wonder how clean their kitchen is…

Come your a sitten there chomp-​in down on another taco jammin on another refill and its not your first trip to the rodeo. How can you not fasten your seatbelt for a bumpy ride? It’s four stars and you know it.

One of my favorite «Mexican» places to go to on a budget. I love that they are open late so I can stop by after work.

Unfortunately this is one of the worse Taco Bells I’ve been to. The food just doesn’t taste as good here and it’s always a recipe for gastrointestinal distress. I rarely come here but when I do, probably to remind myself what I’m not missing, I always ask myself soon after, «Why?!»

It is what it is– fast food right folks?
I come here when I want taco bell, not when I want Mexican food. Hopefully, you are too. This place isn’t usually bad. They are fast with getting your order and getting you out of here. Most times I’ve gone, it’s been clean.
The only time It’s been bad was recently when they were remodeling… it smelled like paint really bad… time to air out the place guys! I don’t care for my burritos to taste like paint.
Oh yeah, the staff is always nice.

Manager walked right by me, I said «how you doing?» manager just walks right by and no answer, store is slow, only two customers sitting, no line, poor customer service, but they did at least get my food in time, after all there was no line.

I found my new ‘go-​to’ Taco Bell.
Usually I’d go prettty far from my place to get Taco Bell, because the one on El Camino was the best at one point. Last couple of times, the food has been really janky there and they apparently take your name for your order now and they got my name wrong twice! Once I was called Michelle and the second time I told them «Mike» and the dummy wrote it as «Mick».
Anyways, this place got my name right, they got the food right (more than ¾″ of contents in the taco shell) and was overall better than my last 3 or 4 visits to El Camino.
That being said, I will now get my Taco Bell on at this location. Minus one star for the inconvenience of having no drive thru.

Okay, I’m a return visitor to this location. I’ve tried 2 other locations in San Jose and this is definitely the best. the place is always clean and the staff is always polite and quick to take your order. Your food is quickly made and very tasty! Sometimes they have long lines — so waiting a bit is worth it. I wish more people would get their heads out of their asses and realize its TACO BELL not some five star restaurant. you cannot expect it to be the best quality food you will ever have — or expect the seats to be made of oak and the tables to be marble.
Ignore the reviews below me and try it out. their food is definitely good.

If there was a o star rating I would choose it. My friend and I walked into this Taco Bell and it didn’t even smell like food. It smelled like poop, mildew and pine sol. A man was mopping with a rag mop that was probably the same one they used in the bathroom. That is what it smelled like. Both my friend and I didn’t even need to say «lets go», we walked in took a whiff (we both thought the same thing), spun around and took off. There were bits of the rag mop hooked around the chairs. My stomach was so sick I could not even eat anything after that in fear of being sick. I guarantee they used that same mop in the restroom. GROSS PLACE DON’T EAT HERE!!!

Ok, so I know this shouldnt even be rated. I mean its a fast food joint. All of them taste the same. But this is solely on the service there. To warn the lunch crowd to stay the heck out of here. So me and some co-​workers come here at 12:15 to just beat the lunch crowd. I order a triple layer nacho and chicken fresco burrito. small order should be quick right? nope! the line goes almost out to the door. first there was two people taking orders then only one.
They take my name when they get my order so i’m waiting and waiting people are asking where’s my food why does that person who ordered after me get mine first. OH CRAP! It’s going to happen to me so someone who ordered 3 people behind me got her food before me? then her order was pretty similar to mine, a nacho and burrito. So instead of calling out her name, this lady just repeats the order, like why do you ask for the names if you arent going to call them out.
Horrible service here but I mean i dont expect much from a taco bell. but this is just a warning to the lunch crowd people not to come to this taco bell. oh yeah they were hella skimpy on the triple layer nacho i seriously think i got 7 chips total. then again it is only 89 cents hahaha
