Don’t ever get a haircut here. We arrived at 8:30 and there were two haircuts. We asked the lady if she is okay to accommodate two people as they close at 9. She said okay and started the first haircut. She seemed more interested in selling us the shampoo than the actual haircut. Also it took her all of a min or two to finish the first cut which was not even done properly. We were waiting for someone else to do the second haircut but later she said she will be doing it and we couldn’t say no. Our mistake. So she hardly did the haircut and was like oh its done. We told her that we want it shorter to which she replied «it’s 9 and we are late». This completely shocked us. Was she expecting us to leave with half a haircut? We asked her to at least finish it properly, to which she gave a weird look. Ummm seriously, didn’t we ask you earlier if you were okay to do two haircuts?
All in all a bad experience. Poor customer service and average haircuts.

This is my third appointment with Grace and she is an excellent stylist and does a great job! I had my hair cut and colored. I was very pleased with the result of my color, it was even and most importantly my grays were completely covered. She pays attention to the details and that truly make a big difference. I am a very happy customer and so glad that I found Grace. I highly recommend Grace, she is worth the wait.

Grace is really nice and professional and detail-​oriented. I would highly recommend her as your stylist. I am really content with the haircut I got from her.

This was the worst haircut I ever got.
Lynda only talks and if there are already two ways to mess things up then she won’t choose either of them, instead she will find a third one.
She has N number of excuses, for example, your hair is thick, you have dandruff, it is shampoo problem, Indians have thick hair from side, totally a waste of time and money.
She spent 350 seconds on my hair and that is it. WTF
They just lost one customer and trust me an $ 8 barber cut is way better than what they will give you.
Complete cheap in quality. Looks like she has no experience in hair cut whatsoever.

Would give a lower star if possible. Generally don’t write bad reviews. Told me on check in that wait was 15 mins. After waiting more than 40 mins they are taking walk-​ins without registering and telling me to come another day, some service ! Will never go back to such inconsiderate and dishonest service.

Always get an excellent cut and I’ve been going here for many years. Even though I have moved to Oakland I still stop by when in town. A+

Suzanne is by far the worst barber I’ve ever seen. So I take my kid there and I say «it is his graduation, would you please just give him a boy’s hair cut nothing crazy» I go to get a hair cut with Vivian? An older lady.
The older lady did and OK job with me. I finish and I look at my kid when I was about to pay and his damn hair looks like ^^^ from the back and the same in the front. I go WTH is this, can you fix him? She goes and trys but it was to damn late. His whole hair is so bad looking that now (10 days after the hair cut) I looked at him and I was like «this is an ugly hair cut and I should give a bad review here»
I go to pay and my total was 32 $ and she askes me if I want to round it up to 35? I said what what? She said 35? I said sure why not. I gave an extra 10 $ tip for the older lady for cutting my hair and left this place. Never coming back to this place.

I’ve been here a few times and always got quick friendly service! No complaints, they do a nice job on an A-​line cut.

Hard sell on the Nioxin for the entire crappy hair cut. Apparently, Bed Head hair products makes your hair fall out per the «Stylist» that gave me the $ 17 «Super“cut the other day. Just an annoying and low quality experience over all. Avoid this place.

I am not sure this constitutes as a Men’s Salon. Anyways, I was Unilocaling places to get a haircut during work and came across Supercuts because it’s literally right down the street. I gave them a call to see if they were busy.
I have never been to a Supercuts before. When I walked in I was prompted to check in on the computer screen. Waited about 3mins and was immediately called.
I explained to them my hair situation. I recently had it bleached to even or my hair color so I could go red but it became a nightmare! My hair turned orange then finally settled for a copper color. I became a ginger! *cries I asked my hairstylist, Farzaneh to please take off two inches and relayer my hair. She felt so bad for me because the bleach had burned my scalp. She recommended a keratin deep condition before the haircut and I accepted. It smelled so good and my scalp didn’t sting as she was working. She put me under the dryer for about ten minutes as she assisted another client. After ten minutes, she washed me and began my haircut carefully explaining what I needed to do to take care of my hair to let my scalp heal.
I am going back to her to fix the color on my head Friday! I could not have asked for a better hairstylist. She was sympathetic and very gentle.

Bad experience. The lady asked me to wait for 5 mins and took her other regular customer. What is the use of check-​in system. I waited for more that 20 mins for the other person to complete. Totally unprofessional

Last 3 years I’ve only got my haircut here. Customer service is great! All of the ladies here are good! Professional and clean!

First time customer. The employees were friendly, I got a simple clipper cut since it’s summer. I will post a updated review when I have a scissor cut. Overall the experience was positive for my first visit.

I used to go to this salon because there was one person that could cut my hair correctly, Natalie. This rating is really only because she was there and cut my hair really well. In any case, I will not be going back here because she has left.

I used to come here frequently when Natalie was around. She was the best and had moved to a Salon where she belongs.
This particular Supercuts lied to me and said she went on vacation for a week.
I just asked for a trim to clean up the edges and she butchered my hair and said it was an accident. I will never come here again!

I pop into this place occasionally. They are OK. The upside is that it is an inexpensive hair cut, the down side is that the staff really don’t care that much.
Having low prices means that you will draw more people, but you do have to take care of them and not act like you are trimming a wig on a mannequin.
Anyway, 5 stars for pricing. 2 Stars for service. 4 stars for average wait time.

In a desperate need of a haircut for an interview the next day, I dropped in here on my short time crunch.
I had a lady help cut my hair. Asked for a combover and ended up with short hair all around. I didn’t look too bad but I wish she did what I asked for.
For 12 dollars it was an alright haircut. Might return if I was desperate enough again.

Got one of the worst haircuts of my life. First world problems… I know.
The girl clearly knew how the scissors functioned but skipped that part in school to actually do the rest properly. She missed a couple spots (small) and I got tired of asking her to fix them up.
Also, who I’m guessing is the manager or owner (some metro guy) was a serious bag full of dicks.
Never again.

I’ve used Supercuts all over the US and was in a spot where I needed a haircut while on this trip.
Called up Unilocal,found the nearest Supercuts and was surprised to find them open until 9 pm. Plus number one!
Arrived about 7:30 pm, had a 10 min wait and things were going. My stylist handled things great and did the «usual» excellent job I’ve come to expect from Supercuts.
Yes, they will try to sell you some hair care products, because obviously they aren’t there for just cuts/​styling.
Parking was plentiful, but could get tight if the strip mall was packed for any special dates/​events.
