This Subway was an average Subway store. Parking was at the back and it’s kind of difficult to find an open parking space since it also has other retail stores around the area. There’s an entrance both from the back and from the front. When I walked in, there was a homeless person fighting with the manager so it was kind of scary… Customer service was great and the food was decent. I got the bacon and chicken ranch sandwich with extra jalapenos because I love my sandwich spicy. If you love spicy and bacon, I’d recommend that sandwich. The vibe really went down when that incident popped up…

It’s 8:54 and a rude lady came from the back to tell me that they are closed while looking at the clock that obviously says they are still open. She then pretends like i don’t exist when i ask if she really takes more than 5 minutes to make a sandwich. The customer she was helping just looked set me and we shared a laugh at the weird rudeness lol so not coming back

Love the service there! Very specious unlike most subways and very clean. I only had to wait for a minute until I got my order taken The ingredients seemed very fresh and they put plenty of vegetables and vegetables in my sandwich They also gave me a free cookie! Definitely one of my favorite subway restraunts

I go to many different Subway locations not because I like them, but because they’re an inexpensive fast food alternative. I come to this one frequently because I work nearby, and when you get only 30 minutes for lunch, convenience is important. This unfortunately is the worst Subway location I have ever been to. As other reviewers have noted, the service here is surly and slow at best, and they’re always out of spinach. My biggest complaint however is that they do not abide by their own operating hours. The sign on the door reads that they open at 9 am on Sundays, yet for the past several Sundays I’ve tried to stop in at 9:15 only to find the doors locked. This past Sunday, the employee inside ran and hid in back when she saw me try to open the door. There were a few other customers waiting outside, some wondering out loud if it was a holiday, others knocking on the windows at 9:25. The employee finally emerged at 9:30 to unlock the doors and then couldn’t get the register to work, which was somehow my fault for being the first customer of the day.(?) Needless to say, I won’t be coming here again.

I went in on 2−7−15 at 7:15pm. This place was so slow I walked out without ordering. The guy making the orders was taking his sweet time with everything and not doing what he could to assist the customers in front of me to get through the line. He was the only person working(the other crew member was on break). I waited for more than 10 mins while he only made 26 inch sandwiches and still had to make 2 more before I would get a chance to order. I had to be somewhere and decided my time was more valuable to me than eating here. I will not return to this location again. It’s too bad because it is a convenient location for me, but I refuse to wait that long for someone to make 2 people’s orders.

Have been there several times but don’t usually pay attention to or sit where I can observe the serving area. Today I did and was sorry to have witnessed the way they clean things off the cutting\prep boards. The lady swung a rag back and forth across them, knocking whatever was on the boards back into the food. Ran the same rag over the top of the food containers sending whatever might be there into whichever container it landed in. She did this several times. It may not be easy to wipe the area when food is exposed but as this could be a potential problem, they could place a cover over the food containers before cleaning around them.

Healthy I think not! I felt awful after having a sandwich here. Found this article about the ingredients: Keep eating healthy folks!

parking sucks. their side door is busted and they have a table in front of it which i think is a fire dept. violation. customer service is mediocre… the first lady is rude and shouldn’t assume what language customers can and cannot speak. if i don’t want cheese on my sandwich it is my CHOICE! it’s none of their business. second lady was nicer but she seemed to be in a freaking rush. Yes, it was lunch time and yes, there was a line but come on! Give me time to decide. :(

Let me start off by saying, I do like subway but this one is not up to subway standards. They are very very skimpy(stingy) on the veggies, it’s mostly bread and meat. They gave me two slices of tomatoes and like four leaves of spinach… really? Most other subways stuff the sub with lots of veggies. On that day I asked for soup, the lady helping me got my cup of soup, but then at the cashier I asked for my soup and apperantly the cashier(Asian lady looks like she might be the manager or owner, hopefully she reads this to correct her mistake) gave away my soup to the guy in front of me! When I asked her about my soup she said, «oh there is no more soup». Let’s just say I don’t recommend this particular subway and will not be back.

Dropped by randomly after checking out Arsenal &TAP plastic nearby. Pretty easy to park, although depends on your timing — it’s on the Alameda, so there were a lot of cars on the road. I got lucky because the stoplight had the cars on hold and i could park with enough time. The line moved quickly, and I got the Subway Club Sandwich. I must say I expected more lettuce and more meat, but still good enough. Note that the roast beef did taste a little rubbery, and the tomatoe slices could look fresher. But hey, it’s a $ 5 lunch! :) Also tried the broccoli cheddar soup here. A little more on the watery side compared to Panera Bread, but good for the price. Better than what i had at other locations.

I don’t like subway, there I have said it. Soggy sandwiches with old lettuce and yukkie bacon on mushy bread. Yuk! But here the whole thing becomes even worse. Disinterested staff that looks like they have needles in their knickers and that tries to ignore you for as long as they can. Maybe if you are really lucky they will grab a piece of bread and start making your sandwich after you ask them 3 times(I actually had this happen to me). I get it, you may think your job sucks, but I really make an attempt to be a happy customer even though I really hate your sandwiches. You don’t even have to smile, just don’t be a bitch. Extra points for being so close to my house and having all the stuff that I need when I come here. But it’s blah people, total blah…

This Subway does not honor some of the specials that are advertised. I told the girl I receive emails to what is on special and she said the website is wrong. I said the other Subways are offering it and she said that they’re wrong as well. She just kept arguing about it, thinking she knows what’s going on. She may have thought I was trying to pull a fast one. All she had to do is look it up or call the owner regarding this issue. She did neither and just was as arrogant as could be. I will not go back to this Subway again. Too many Subways anyway for it to be an inconvenience.

I love Subway and I love going there, however, this location lacks customer service and overall common sense… Unfortunately, this is the closest restaurant to where I live. I went this evening and asked for the Veggie Delite, as I always do. Because there is no meat in the sandwich(obviously) you’d think the lady would stack up on the vegetables, but it seemed that she had some personal problem against doing so.(She ‘s the Hispanic lady with dyed blonde hair, and I’m unlucky enough to get her almost every time I come here). I asked her to go heavy on the olives and sauce, and she added a total of 5 olives. As for the sauce, she added very little, so I politely asked her if she could put A LOTMORE on it. She squirted a line of sauce and then quickly put the bottle away again. We stared at each other for a second because I thought she was trying to be funny, but then she started wrapping up the sandwich. She’s always moody and a little rude, so I guess I shouldn’t expect much from her. This happens every time I come here, either with her or someone else. =/ 2 stars because I prefer Subway sandwiches to any other place’s.

Subway my way! I just love this chain and this location could be one of the cleanest ones I have ever been too. Staff was great and at 11:45am there was only one other person inside with me. I love it!

9PM on the 4th of July and needing to eat something. What’s open? Rosies Pizza, nope. Togos, Nope. Pasta Pamodoro, Nope. In a neighborhood of dead restaurants one was open to service my need. They get 4 stars for that. Otherwise it is just a Subway.

It’s pretty clean! There’s seating along the window so you can study or whatever. Maybe you can ‘borrow’ wifi from the Starbucks next door if you need it ;].

Here we go… honestly I come here at least once a week, and every week its different whether its the service or the quality of the food they are serving. Today I was put over the top in POORQUALITY service and food. The tomatoes were rotten, lettuce was already starting to spoil, which I noticed these things as I was moving in line. I was kind of hoping they would pick around it, OFCOURSETHEYDIDNT!!! When they got to the dressing part, I asked for light mayonnaise, I got regular, so I said, «is that light?» He said, «yes!» I obviously can see the bottle. Im done, as a past general manager for a restaurant im shocked that this Subway is still in business. Sorry to say, but im reporting it to the health department, as far as the food part, and I would hate for someone to get sick.

I was a regular subway customer. Now I will never buy a sandwich from this location again. Today I went in to buy a sandwich but asked for the key to the restroom before I made my order. I am a business man and was dressed as a business man so I didn’t look like some shady looking guy off the street. They told me the restroom is only for customers. How ghetto and offensive is that. So I have to buy a sandwich before you will let me use your restroom? The worst part is your poor employees says they will get into trouble if they let me use the restroom. Where did this business owner learn business sense? YOUJUSTLOSTMYBUSINESS!!!

It’s Subway. Enough said. Boring sandwiches and lackluster service. Riga was family owned and made fabulous sandwiches. I don’t know why they are gone but there’s already a Togos across the street. Why do we need a Subway here???
