I had called on a Monday for a Friday cleaning, removed all my furniture from 2 rooms, waited for my 9 – 10 am appt. about 10:00 I called and asked if I was still scheduled and Stephannie said yes, the tech is running late and that she would call me with an up date … still waiting … So i decided to call several more times with only getting voice mail — wow their not even answering the phones now … Oh well I called a local carpet cleaner, they were here within the hour did a fantastic job. I guess I should thank Steam Bay AKA; DRY BUILDING ALSO AT 408−270−8794 for not showing up because a found a great reliable carpet company for future cleanings.
