My daughter LOVES her Kindle Fire and was very upset when the battery would not hold a charge. When you ask Amazon about it the recommend you buy a new kindle. Well I wasn’t up for that so I purchased a new battery and brought it to SV IT experts. After to speaking with other companies to see what the cost/​turn around time was SV IT had the best price and turn around time. There was no overnight wait and the others charged 3x as much. Nick completed it while I waited and was done in about 20 minutes and most of that time was just trying to get the case opened :} So as you can imagine my daughter was EXTREMELY happy to get her Kindle back and I can’t thank Nick and SV IT enough for their help. You bet I’d bring other electronics and refer friends to his company.

Nick, at IT Experts, was exceptionally skilled and helpful in cleaning up a virus problem for me. He was able to see me within a few hours of my call, skilled, friendly, sincere and informative. He worked for almost an hour and charged me a very fair price. His company handles a range of problems, and I recommend him highly.
