Servers A La Carte

I had a terrible experience with this company. They are totally disorganized and completely unprofessional. I would never use them again. After that experience, I used the Party Staff (also in San Jose) and the experience was completely different. If you are thinking of hiring servers, bartenders, or cooks, call Party Staff instead. You will thank yourself when the party runs smoothly.

So these people are the most disorganized flakes that I’ve ever met. I’m surprised they are still in business. I am trying to organize my wedding from Los Angeles and made an appointment with them one month in advance to do tasting and made it very clear that because we can only come up once a month to do wedding stuff, we would not be able to reschedule. I called to confirm a few days before. The secretary was rude and said she couldn’t confirm anything and sounded irritated. We showed up anyway because we had vendors booked every 1.5 hours and it was too late to book anyone new. THERE WASN’T ANYBODY THERE!!! NOT A SOUL!!! I called and left a message. Nobody has ever called me back. To this day I have no idea what happened. I’m still looking for an affordable caterer if anybody has any suggestions. I certainly wouldn’t look here!
