They gave me a great deal on a scooter, let me test drive some, and told me some tips and tricks. They delivered it for a good price and we even figured out a back up plan in case my scooter wasn’t right for my area. Super helpful, lots of options.

Amazing service from the owner, very honest and up front with cost and expectations. He picked up my scooter and and delivered within the same day for under $ 250 and did a lot of work on it. Super impressed and very timely with everything. Highly recommend this company!

Took my 2002 Kymco People 50 here for repairs. These guys were great. Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and they offer pick up and delivery. Will definitely use again.

After looking up, calling, and checking out several other scooter shops, we were confident this was the place to go! My husband has a Honda ruckus that has several mods (including the engine). The owner was very kind and professional! After asking all the necessary questions, we got all the right aswers we were looking for! These people really know their stuff! The mechanic was knowledgable and aftually knew what he was talking about when it came to our Ruckus. We were even able to have the scooter delivered back to our house in a timely mannor and a great price! We will definately be back for maintainence or repairs.

Flat tire for electric scooter repaired. A little expensive but service was great, fast and worth it.

These guys are great. Dropped off my Big Boy scooter on a Thursday and they called me on Monday to let me know it was fixed. It started right up on the second pull. Reasonable prices too. Thanks guys.

Can’t put zero or else I would very upset with the owner because went in to get a clutch replaced and had to pay $ 700 and it breaks in one month well turns out that the dident replace it they just adjusted it so that it would work for a while and have to pay another 700 to get it fixed again but now at gp sports

Great place, knowledgeable about scooters and very welcoming! I came in having so many questions about a scooter they seemed happy to answer every question :-). The two men that helped me Mike and Daniel were kind and very patient, Even the shop’s dog Fu Fu greeted me warmly… Thanks for making my first trip to my scooterland a pleasant experience. I definitely will be coming back.

I came in to buy scooter tires and have them installed on my electric bike wheels which originally had fat bicycle tires on them. They did a great job at a good price and were friendly and fun to talk to.

I was «that guy» that left my scooter in their service department for more than a year. When i finally got my crap together, they not only fixed it so that it’s running better than it ever has been, they let me slide on storage fees. The more I talked with them, the cooler they got, which is rare. Plus, like i said, my vintage Vespa runs like a cheetah now.

I’m writing this to warn future customers about the owner of this business and his lack of professionalism.
My wife found this place to repair her electric scooter after causing water damage to it. We first had an electrician friend test the circuits and he isolated the problem to a converter box. We found Scooterland on Unilocal,called and paid the owner to pick it up. We left screws removed since there was no point in having them take it apart a second time. His last words to her were «don’t worry, it’s in good hands.» We couldn’t imagine how big of a mess this would become.
After repairs were made we picked it up and found several scratches, a crack in the dash where a screw fits, and only half the screws put back in place. Clear sloppy work. We left it with them for a second time, this time screws were replaced.
Due to the cosmetic damage (it was clear to us the scooter had atleast fallen over) my wife called the owner to discuss compensation. The owner proceeded to yell and insult my wife, saying this is what happens when people «play» with their scooters, and hung up on her once I spoke up, since he was on speaker. My wife was absolutely distraught at this point, we returned to scooterland and the receptionist and mechanic agreed to a 50% refund. I must emphasize that they were very helpful and professional and clearly know a bit more about how to treat customers than their boss.
Thinking this ordeal was over, we returned home only to find that the front wheel is damaged and loose, and the acceleration sticks. The bike has now been deemed unsafe by another repair shop.
So now we have a damaged scooter and can’t return to scooterland because the owner conducts himself like a loose cannon. Terrible experience, and we will take him to small claims court.

Brought my scooter/​wheelchair (a Pride Pursuit) in for service, to get my headlight working. (I’d collided with a post, and my headlight acted as the crumple zone. The headlight I ordered from another supplier wouldn’t turn on.) They were very quick at helping unload my scooter from the truck bed, and Joe (the owner) and one of the employees started diagnosing it right in front of me.
Turned out, the headlight fuse had blown (the collision likely caused a short), and they swapped it for a new fuse and installed the new headlight assembly as I stood there. All in all, with unloading and reloading, it was 10 – 15 minutes of work. And, they didn’t charge me a dime! I will definitely keep them in my Roladex for the next issue that arises.
Note: as of this writing, they have a $ 50 pick-​up/​delivery charge ($ 25 each way), which is completely reasonable for the level of service, and I would’ve made use of that option if I didn’t have a neighbor with a truck I could borrow.

Have good and poor experiences with Mike in Repairs. He dropped and broke the windshield for my bajaj legend scooter when it was in for repairs and since the Legend is a 2002 machine, we were not able to get a replacement. On the + side he did a tuneup for free in exchange for breaking the windshield

Scooterland rocks! Mike is always helpful and prompt. I’m really happy to have a reliable place to take my scooter for repairs and service.

I was in need of high quality service for my mobility scooter that I just wasn’t getting from the people I purchased it from, I looked around and found scooterland. I called them and spoke to the owner, made a deal for him to pick up my pricy scooter and replace the front tires and rear transaxle. He came back a few days later with the fixed scooter. We then talked about ways to bring it back to life and came up with what I believe it was a great solution which we will implement in a couple of weeks, It was deduced that the motor was defective all alone (probably with worn out brushes in the electric motor) and I feel fortunate to find a guy who has designed and repaired scooters for years. So if you are looking for a a guy who is great to deal with, knowledgeable and a good businessman, this is the guy to see, Joe Faris is his name.

Walked over today to say hi to our new neighbor. They sell everything electric! In the words of Doug Rose their VP of Sales & Marketing they carry this line of medium size scooters in «Skittles color». I adore this line! They’re awesome looking and very reasonably priced!
So they’re electric scooters! Plug and play! Perfect for people that had too much fun and their privilege to drive was taken away. No need for a DL to ride one of these babies! Well for most of what they sell at least. Wooot! The big boys you still need to be licensed drivers.
They also fix the troubled scooters with lots of love and care. Nice folks running this new second location. Their first location is on Winfield Blvd. They also carry helmets to keep that precious grey matter intact.
Tons of parking and easy to get to from 101 or 237 or 280. Yeah drop by!
